I get pretty severe anxiety surrounding anything medical, but Salud and Jenny Miller have been a perfect, low-stress fit for me. The office has been superb to work with, always professional and personable both on the phone and in person, highly communicative and on top of all appointments and prescriptions, as well as very pleasant and understanding. I am so glad I got placed with Jenny as my provider. She listens attentively, addresses concerns, and reviews medical information in a way that really makes you feel cared about. She offers care without judgment, and is very relatable, and rather than writing off concerns as nothing, provides ideas and concrete solutions to get health on track. I had an exam that was thorough and stress-free. You don't feel rushed or pushed through. And all this in one of the prettiest medical offices I've ever seen, with a very mellow, serene environment. This office deserves a round of applause for patient care as it should be.

Waited over an hour. Got mad and walked out, never to go back. The staff knew the Dr. Fedde Was an hour and twenty minutes late and did not tell me or call to say the Dr. Was running late can we reschedule. The male working was rude as I left. When I said I’m leaving, he said well leave then. Husband had appointment right after mine and he had to reschedule. I am not happy with this clinic.

I'm leaving this review today for Jenny She went above and beyond in regards to my father. Communication got a little confusing and she called my dad to get him on the same page. It is wonderful to know Salud has an employee like her. Unfortunately, the doctor/nurse in the back couldn't care at all about the elderly. They sent my dad away swollen and in pain after having him drive back and forth from boncarbo it's so sad and absolutely ridiculous the lack of concern shown for him. They want there money /copay though.

They have been charging me out-of-pocket costs up to $300 when I am on the sliding fee (no income) and am on Medicaid (which they claim isn't active, but I have proof of otherwise). Not to mention I wait nearly 45 minutes to an hour for EVERY appointment when I arrive only 15 minutes early. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS FACILITY

Jenny Miller us the BEST P.A. I have ever had! I cant tell u how great it is to have a doc who is on the same page as me. She listens without judgement and helps where I need it. The front office staff however, has left me sitting in the waiting room without telling me; fitting me was going to be a two hour wait. They have also not called me when there has been a change in the schedule, letting me make a 60 mile round trip for nothing. I also cant just drop off a urine sample, I have to talk to the doc first bc I'm not smart enough at 54 to know what a bladder infection is. So in short, I love Mrs. Miller, but there are issues that could be address that would make things better in the front end.

The doctors are unprofessional and talk more about their personal problems than yours and I paid to be heard! I am no closer to solving my medical issues then I was in april. I'm waiting on a derm consult a scan and meds for 2 months now. They will kill me I feel. And when I said they weren't listening to me gwen got upset with me and walked out leaving me sitting there not knowing what to do. I feel like I'm going to pass away waiting to see a real dr
