Exhilarating, confidence, passion, expression, perfection, class, and style. These are all words that I would use to describe my time spent at Salt and Light in Cabot. Destress and recharge are a few more. From my foot detox to my massage with Autumn it was a relaxing day. I will definitely be making Salt and Light a part of my self care routine each month!

I was blessed with a Free Glo2 Facial thanks to Salt & Lights Mother’s Day giveaway but I am already planning my next visit. -Ambiance was above par. Very quiet & calm! I dread going into spas due to the smells but this one smelt so clean & fresh! The building itself is absolutely beautiful. -The staff was absolutely amazing! Jessica (I believe) was my esthetician & she was so sweet. I’m very self conscious about my skin & she kept reassuring me while completing the facial. The arm and shoulder massage was IMPECCABLE! -The owner showed me their machines and made suggestions for my next visit along with other procedures for my mother who struggles with fine lines and loose skin! -I have dry skin & lord of dark spots. I didn’t expect the instantaneous results that I received. It looked brighter and is so soft to the touch! I also sat under the red light which I feel reduced the inflation in my face. The before & after pictures were drastic in such a good way! Looking forward to going back, I’ve had many facials in Cabot and this one surpasses any experiences I’ve had previously! You feel instantly relaxed walking through the front door! The ambiance and staff are wonderful. The massage I received from Autumn was terrific! Must try the salt room! I felt it working right away. My next visit will be for the HIEM treatment, I've heard good things and want my tum ready for the summer! Thank you for the early Mother's Day pampering 🤩

I highly recommend getting a facial from Madison at Salt and Light. She is phenomenal! After receiving a facial from her I will not go to anyone else!! She made my skin fell AMAZING afterwards and she was so professional! 100/10 recommend!!!!!! She also offers massages as well.

I get monthly facials & massages from Madison & I can’t recommend her enough. She does a phenomenal job of making me feel like a new glowing women every time!! Do yourself a favor & book a appointment with her!!

My son has used the PEMF (magnetic frequency mat) for 3 months for his anxiety, and it has truly reduced it! My daughter has used the infrared bed for hip pain for her scoliosis, and she feels much better afterwards. She has fallen asleep in the Salt room because it is so calming and relaxing. A truly great place to go to take care of many different needs! I highly recommend bthis visions and the wonderfully warm people who work there!

Today I got an hour facial by Americus, I felt comfortable and looked glowing afterward! Highly recommend going to her for any of your basic facials needs!!

My experience at this spa was phenomenal! I went for a cryotherapy treatment and was extremely satisfied with my service. It was my first time visiting this facility and it is absolutely gorgeous. The staff are very knowledgeable and informative about all the amenities that are offered. They make you feel comfortable and right at home. I definitely recommend going and having the opportunity to indulge in fantastic self care!!
