I would have given them a 5/5 if it was just based on Doctor Gregorius’ service. He is new to the practice but I would highly recommend him! He was meticulous, explained everything thoroughly and you can see he genuinely cares about his patients. The reason I’m giving them three stars is because of their staff. I was impolitely told that they only give a reminder of your appointment ONLY as a courtesy (I have never received one, but I’ve called a day ahead or the morning of each appointment). I kindly suggest giving a reminder card at time of booking as other offices do to remind their patients of their appointment.

SVMH sleep center is now located in this building. Layout is nice and waiting room is adequate for its size. Parking can be a little challenging as its located under the building. It can be tight if there are a lot of patients being seen. Front staff is excellent as is Dr. Rana.

Valerie, the front desk, was very pleasant, cheerful & made me feel welcomed as soon as I walked in. Nancy, the nurse, was very nice also. Dr. Gregarious is great! I had a good experience!
