Salem Place nurse Richard A. "Rick" Spivey is a Stolen Valor fraud. He never served during war time, never deployed overseas, never went into harm's way, and never went into combat. He drove supply trucks here in the U.S..

The problem with Salam is the director named Sherie. She is on a power trip. Unfortunately, she is only hurting the residents by putting her ego above the needs of the lonely residents. DO NOT BRING YOU LOVE ONE THERE!

It's a nice place cosmetically. 2 nurses helping my mother, a Godsend! The other ones, never even read her chart to see WHY my mother is even there! To concerned in what outfit & matching bra one is wearing tonight than making sure my mother could reach the toilet correctly and then act all in a huff when asked for help!! If your not concerned with the patients, go find another job! Pretty sad when your healing from a hip surgery & broken femur, your at their mercies! Leaving someone with a soiled diaper for over 2 & 3 hours is not acceptable!!

We had to place our Father at Salem Place for after surgery rehab. He was warmly accepted and treated very well. He was frustrated upon arrival from the hospital about knowing what to expect and the staff was understanding and caring and explained what will happen and what he was to expect. That calmed him greatly and I appreciate their diligence in making sure he understood. Communication is excellent with Salem Place and I highly recommend their clean environment, caring and congeniality. I highly approve of Salem Place and I look forward to working with them to get my Father up and going again.

My dad was in rehab for two weeks at Salem. The administration, CNA's, nurses, PT's, OT's, etc were all excellent. We have nothing but good things to say about this facility. We thank all the workers at Salem for taking great care of our loved one. May not be the newest facility in Conway but it is a good one with the most caring and helpful staff!! Thank you all!!

They are horrible people. They didn't care for my grandmother to the point she went to the hospital so many times. They ended up killing my grandmother for the lack of care. If you care about any family member do not send them here because they will die.

I worked for Salem Place nursing and Rehabilitation for 14 1/2 years.The last raise I got was in 2014 and it was only 10 cent.They have no benefits,and when I left I was making $10.50 and hour. When they give out raises if you're not a CNA or Nurse you can forget about getting a raise.Plus you hardly ever get a break.Too much work not enough time.

I made a huge mistake by choosing this place for employment. Theft is rampant, and they don't really seem to care! I tried 3 times to get someone to help me figure out where or who took $200 worth of jackets and food from me in just one weekend only to be told not to come back. I will NEVER recommend anybody to work for this place. I would not wish this kind of treatment on my worst enemy!!!
