I've had a lot of back pain due to an imbalance in my hips and practically no activity during Covid. My doctor recommended I come here. I was treated by Kelly. She was a good therapist and was able to improve my hip muscles. I'm not at 100%, but I do have noticeable improvement. They don't bring you in and have you do the exercises; but they teach you what to do there, and you do them all at your home. Then, you are tested on your next visit. In this way, they check you to see how well you're doing or if you're not doing them at all. And so adjust treatments. It wasn't the best, but not the worst. I recommend this place if you really need the help. The front fest was friendly and worked with me to schedule me in. I appreciate all the help. Some have had negative experiences, but remember, they are not your friends, and PT is just to get a person out of emergency physical trauma or help the person to go forward after surgery / injury. I still have some pain and will get help from a chiro and massage therapist. But, this place did what I expected them to do. And I thank them for the help! 🤗

Dr. Cole is absolutely amazing!! Not only did he finally get my diagnosis after years of suffering but he has also taken my pain into account and has prescribed me medication that works wonders. He is super friendly, easy to talk to and truly cares about his patients. I was with him for years when he was still working in Muskogee. I recently went back to him in his new Tulsa location and so glad I did!!

This is an awesome place for your loved one! My mom, Betty is currently there and they have taken excellent care of her! She has made a lot of progress physically and should be released tomorrow. The doctors, nurses and techs are caring knowledgeable people! You cannot see their Superman capes but trust me they have them. Thanks for treating my little 97 year old Momma like the precious person that she is!

Predatory price gouging, terrible service, find another clinic. Details: Office visit rate $480/hr, other charges similarly ridiculous, $250 of unidentified services on the bill, another $230 vaguely identified, misplaced my chart forcing me to wait forever, forced to take stairs with a broken toe due to inop elevator, tried to complain about my experience and was met with insult to injury at every turn. Didn't even respect me enough to respond. I almost wanted the bill to go to collections so the clinic would receive less of my money, but ultimately decided that wasn't worth it. A meager 10% discount was the only saving grace, probably because lower employees felt sympathy and that's all they were authorized to do. Even at 100%, I wouldn't go back, but at least I wouldn't be writing this scathing review.

I take my son to see Dr. Rock and Nurse Amber and we absolutely love them! They have been amazing at watching my son closely as he has struggled to gain weight. The only thing that could be better about this office is the ladies that work up front could make sure they are fully doing their jobs. Today was the 5th time that we waited for over 30mins to be called back, just to find out that there were NO patients in front of us.

The worst PT experience starting with the evaluation. No introduction, no questions about past experience, total disregard for my struggle with back issues ongoing for awhile. Ask me why I was even there??? Really odd question for someone who's suppose to be helping you. Left the room came back and handed me a paper with exercises sent me on my way. Total time 10 minutes. First actual session nice lady. Showed me several back exercises and printed them off. Laid on a heating pad 15 minutes and your done!! This is PT ??? I wouldn't refer anyone to this worthless program. Cancelled the rest of my sessions, lady never asked why, just okay.....really sad St. Francis calls this a Physical therapy program.

I Went there with an ear infection. The staff was fast an efficient, the doctor was polite. The problem. I was given a prescription for ciprodex without a generic alternative. It cost 100$ and I am poor. I suspect that ciprodex gives kickbacks to the doctor, and I also suspect that is the reason that it was prescribed, not because it is an optimal antibiotic. This is a clear conflict of interest. very disappointing.
