Staff is very rude at the occupational health department at St. Francis in Hartford. Upon arrival and before my physical I drank a bottle water to help me produce urine for my urine screen, however was unsuccessful. I sat in the waiting area AFTER completing my physical to wait for a nurse to bring me to the bathroom. I told the staff twice that I was ready to use the restroom and was told that I was next in line... while 3 other people were called before me. I held my bladder for 30 minutes while contemplating leaving the area to use the restroom and rescheduling the screening for a different day. When expressing how badly I had to use the bathroom ( after drinking a bottle of water and waiting for 30 minutes with a full bladder) the nurse told me that there were other patients. I agree, there ARE other patients but very unlikely that it takes 30 minutes for said patients to use the restroom... which was all I was waiting for. Overall staff were very condescending and treated patients poorly. Next time I am required to go for an occupational physical I will drive out of my way to a different facility.

Reviews
The staff are very rude when they have no reason to be. They are unprofessional, lack courtesy, and should probably partake in Manners 101. Disgusted with Saint Francis' occupational health office.
