Terrible place in caring for patients. My father was transfered there from bristol hospital and upon arrival they had no idea he was coming because whatever nurse there that was supposed to enter the paperwork never did. After 2 strokes, he sat in the waiting room until he had to call mt Sinai himself and walk himself over to a chair. Now its passed dinner time and they still haven't fed him and he is diabetic with low sugar. 1 nurse said they didn't have food for him. Another nurse said she would call it down and it never arrived. If you love your family members then do not choose mt. Sinai.

Excellent care and <5minute wait time, sometimes no wait!

they are never on time you come in early for your appointment and it takes forever after the scheduled time for someone to see you. Would not recommend anyone to come here

If you are going to get locked up against your will, this is a great place to do it.
