Saint Agnes Care Occupational Health

Fell at work the Dr's Fail to do my preventative care, no xrays, no mri, it's almost 2 years and am still in pain still have dizziness and headache all day. This Dr's are not for the patients find yourself an attorney. Receptionist was very rude twice last time was because I noticed them that all there chart notes were incorrect Showing the left side instead of the right side. She's seen annoyed and short. I also mention that the form was showing c6-c7 and my mri said c6-c5. After waiting for an hour for them to correct my forms. I approach Julia again and I asked how much longer since I had to go pick up my daughter at daycare. She says, I don't know I already asked her. I said, can you please check? And she mentioned the same thing again in a rudely way. When the form was brought up to me, it was still showing c5 c6 seven, not once.Did the doctor mentioned c7. When I told them again, i'm regarding the c7 The lady that gave me the form he said I don't know the doctor said he corrected. I don't know, and that was all the answer that they gave me, they didn't. Go back and ask the provider to clarify.They didn't tell him that he did not give me the readings for no c7. At this point I am over this facility. I will not recommend it to anybody, and if you are brought to saagnes, I suggest you get yourself an attorney.

While the office is not listed on the directory in front of the building, there are notices posted on other office doors telling you where to go. the office seems to have been newly remodeled and is very clean inside, due to a cancellation I was seeing fairly quick even though I never been there before. Everyone was kind and courteous, and although I did not grab the paper it seems you are able to make an appointment online.

I fell at work. I hit my head and thought I may have a concussion. I showed up at St Agnes Occupational Health and they said I needed to go to St Agnes ER cause I hit my head. ER Dr. at St Agnes was very nice. He did all his test and said I didn't need a cat scan but that my neck and back were extremely spasmed from the fall amongst other things. They send me back to St Agnes Occupational health. The Dr there comes in and doesn't introduce himself or anything just says "Just to let you know I don't give time off for pain." Didn't look at me. Didn't touch anything. Didn't ask what happen or how I was doing. He then proceeds to to tell me "you're young. You'll recover. You're not elderly so I am not to worried about it." still hasn't asked me a single question or evaluated me. I immediately asked office manager for new dr for my next appointment but HR has informed me I can go to another facility on the list. I intend on doing that.

Came right at opening and waited over 3 hours. Saw people who came in after get seen before us and were able to leave before us.

This staff was extremely efficient and accommodating when I went in to get a TB chest xray.

Laurie is terrible. My first visit, after waiting very long, she dismissed all my concerns with no basis other than sharing she stretches for neck pain. Second follow up visit she came in for about one minute told me she is dismissing me. I told her what about my pain and that I would like to continue physical therapy because it was helping. She said my car accident was not serious enough because the car didn’t not roll over for example. I said so my pain doesn’t matter and she said it could be from sleeping wrong and just stretch. The physical therapist she sent me to recommended additional treatments and she completely wrote off their recommendation or my concerns. I will be seeing another provider.

My dad fall on work so his employer refer to this hospital. My dad can not speak English so I toon a day off from work for interpreting for him , but they refuse to get me in . They said they will have there own interpreter , they make my dad change clothes and he waited for 1.5 hour . Then they said they can’t able to find interpreter . I ask them to let me go inside or make me on phone for interoperation, but they refuse and want to reschedule for another day .My dad go home with the same pain and no treatment, no medicine .

As a health care professional, I am disappointed in the poor service by this office and yet, I've never even stepped foot in the door. That's because even thought Saint Agnes Hospital and this clinic's website both say this clinic is open until 5pm, the ladies of the office, apparently, make up their own hours. I arrived at 430pm and the front door was already locked. I knocked and the girl inside saw me but chose to ignore my presence outside the door. I called several times while I was standing outside but the phones were already put on voicemail. That type of office behavior is unprofessional and unacceptable. I will be back and I will be asking to speak to the administrator regarding this unfortunate and inconvenient situation.
