Sai Rehab Inc

The facility may be good as a rehab but they need a professional cleaning service. The bathroom is nasty with a toilet bowl ring that has been there 3 weeks. With all the children that receive therapy there it needs to be cleaner.

My child has been seen by the therapist here for months now. The progress he is making, makes ME and him happy. He still has a ways to go, and this is the place I want him to be. I really like the way they show compassion for the patient and the parents. My work schedule is always crazy, and the office staff is always happy to work with me to schedule the appointments and work with any billing issues I have.

Best staff ever! My grandson has been coming to Sia Rehab for his therapy for a long time and is improving so much! He loves to play with his therapist (Josh)! Always glad to see Kelly! Friendly, kind and interactive!

Absolutely love Sai Rehab Carlos is awesome with my son. The whole staff are great people. My son also just started speach therapy with Ms.Christina and he has already shown improvement with his speech.

My daughter has been going to Sai rehab center for speech therapy for just a few weeks now. The people are always kind and smiling. Kelly always explains what she’s doing with my daughter after each session and they have made me feel confident in change for my daughter.

Sai rehab has helped my son so much. He works with Cynthia,Josh and Kristina. We really like everyone there. Kelly at the front desk always has a smile on her face from the time we walk in to the time we walk.

I tried this place twice for my sons occupation therapy and and each time it was a disappointment. Front desk and Therailpist his self are good but owner is neither profession nor knowledgeable. Earlier she would call and change or cancel Pre scheduled therapy sessions all the times . This used to conflict with my work schedule and many more working under me. When I questioned that , she said she has a family too and has to accommodate them too. During my second try , she sent her front desk lady with no show Bill . I told that I never had a no show and rest is covered by insurance . I heard her talking low for people with certain insurance . Plus she is too loud and over excited . I would rather stay away from her energy. My son goes to therapy specialist of Georgia and they are more punctual , professional and accurate.

When I first came here I was in a wheelchair. I am currently, slowly walking on my own with no assistance. I still have some pain, but that's expected due to arthritis. Mr. Farley, my physical therapist played a great role in my recovery. Joshua and Varsha played a significant part in my occupational therapist recovery. They are my second family and I love them. I am always greeted by smiling faces of Kelly and Sam. I wish all Soldiers could be as blessed to have the expertise and dedication of the staff members of the Sai Rehab.
