This rating is for the SAH physical therapy location on 4455 S KEDZIE! Both Hispanic receptionists there are usually moody or rude to patients when they’re not in a good mood. Came in a couple minutes late and there was no one in reception desk so we sit down and wait, a few minutes later lady walks to desk and doesn’t greet us, we greet her and there was no response… we wait and wait and nothing so we get up and ask her if we are supposed to let her know (even though she visibly saw we were there more than 10 minutes) and she says that she didn’t know if the therapist had already came for the patient. Which made no sense to me because isn’t the receptionist job to register the patient for their appointment and let the therapist know that their patient has arrived?! There was no one else there for appointments and being that she was the only one in reception, one would think she would remember who she registered and who she didn’t… the therapists here are always kind and professional but the receptionists at front desk are something else.
