I was worried about this place due to past reviews, but I must say I was amazed by the quality of service. Front desk ladies were very nice and professional. The therapist, Jennifer, whom conducted my child's evaluation was amazing: very calm, patient, and informing. I loved that she really took her time and even called in a colleague to make sure she was not missing anything. Natalie was very polite and addressed my concerns regarding scheduling. After seeing how this place works, I am not surprised there is a wait list and why they ask for parents to really commit to keeping their appointments. Every slot missed (no show) is an opportunity lost for a child to get the help they need. Overall, I am satisfied with my first visit and plan to come back and post more if need be. :)

My son was evaluated and attending speech therapy here for a year. Though there are quite a few reviews about the front desk staff, they were always friendly, informative, and willing to work with me on any of my needs. We went through a couple insurances and the front desk staff celebrated with me every time the copay or deductible dropped. I have never had an issue of calling out of an appointment for illness or inability to attend, and I’ve had to cancel 2 hours prior because my son woke up with a fever. (I’ve never no call no showed, that’s just rude). Consistency is key so if you miss a lot of appointments consecutively they will ask if you’d like to start at another date because you are just keeping a spot from a child on the waitlist that would actually like to start their therapy. The speech therapists and aids were always very welcoming and attentive to my son and celebrated with us on his graduating their program. They have many methods to teach and practice speech skills with children and I learned quite a bit from them as well as we practiced their techniques at home. I wish we could keep attending because my son loved it so much and I could really connect with all the wonderful staff there. 10/10 recommend!

Despite having a great experience with our speech therapist we decided to part ways with saguaro therapy. The front desk communicated with us as if we are just another customer that can easily be replaced. I really feel they lack the social skills to work with families. Many times I dreaded walking into the facility and we truly only stayed as long as we did because of lack of options in the area and we developed a great relationship with our therapist. We were fortunate enough to have had experience with some amazing speech therapy facilities prior to moving here so our expectations may have been too high.. but we left feeling very disappointed.

Front office needs customer service skills, they talk to you like they don’t want to be there. Very disappointed how is it against the law to pay out of pocket for speech therapy ? How pathetic . Please train your employees to give better service. Especially front office.

It's a sad day when I of all people feel the need to write a review. First off let me say that my son loved going here and loved the staff. Now on to the bad. I work 60-70 hours a week so my pregnant wife can stay home to raise our 3 children. And because life happened and she missed some appointments they are punishing our son by saying that he can never return. I get that they have policies but it's a shame they have so little respect for veterans or understanding that sometimes life has a habit of getting in the way. But the receptionist was very chipper when she was explaining that they did not care and my son can never go back. Shame in all of you. You are such a disappointment to the medical field that I strongly recommend you ALL go find a new career path that suits your heartless souls.

My son had an amazing teacher but had to cancel his appointment and the receptionist is very rude Natalie or attli. Us for the sake of our child and other children we have to keep him home. Then threatening with theyre "strict policy " if you want il take him in sick I guarantee we'd get sent home my kids health is very important just like the rest of the other children that attend

They have a policy of keeping your child home when they are sick. Sniffles, cough, etc. Completely understandable. What’s not understandable is when your child misses sessions because a virus is making its rounds through the home then your child misses time because of surgery and they threaten you with being removed from therapy because you follow their policies.

I am very happy with this place especially with vanessa galindo she has been the biggest help for my son with his speech. He learn how to speak and read way better with vanessa galindo in a couple month than he ever did in a year in school. Thanks Mrs galindo we could not have done this with out you.
