Great place for Physical Therapy Feels like extended family. Enjoy the pool for exercise on own as well as PT. Older equipment in the gym it is wonderful as it not like a fashion parade no one cares how one looks just there to work out. Give them a try you won't be sorry in my book.

The staff is very professional and caring. I had 2 knee replacements and they helped me through so that I'm able to walk with no problems. I will miss going there. Have to think of something else that needs to get healed so I can get back in there!!

Edit: As of late November 2022, the facility is closed to the public. Star rating changed due to no public access. Friendly folks who operate a sparkling clean facility. Amenities include a salt water indoor pool, hot tub, and dry sauna; as well as a well-equipped gym and exercise classes. An oasis in the desert!

I am doing physical therapy here and the therapists are the friendlist and so knowledgeable! Only 4 stars as the building is old. Has a fitness room as well as a WARM therapy pool! You can purchase a pass for 10 times open swimming, or a day pass if you do not need therapy. Or they have specials to join to use the equipment and swim! Love it!

The facilities inside are fine it seen they well equipped , now the down side is: dirt parking, sign should be bigger. Now what i do not like is that the entrance to gym is a up to hill ramp. Is hard for people with disabilities.. The building is too high from ground is fine for me but they serving people with disabilites.. That's what i see.

awesome for swimming and your workout. mornings are the best time. Not many people there. They also have physical therapy Mon. Wed. and friday til late afternoon. so you cant use the pool. but still can use whirlpool and dry heat sauna.

I like it. It is very AJ- unpretentious and rather working class. But I enjoy the old YMCAs and feel more at home in a place that isn't a meat market full of spandex, chrome and tempered glass. If you are low-key and like a nice hot tub to go to once in a while and some good weights, it suits nicely.

Olympic length salinated lap pool won't burn your eyes or fry your hair and skin. Beautiful jacuzzi hot tub eases aches and pains. Dry sauna bakes away what ills you. Showers flash hot and cold without warning when there's more than one person using the shower room. Work out facilities are clean and adequate. I enjoy my temp membership here each early spring. I only wish it were open to fitness customers more often. Rehab folks have exclusive use of the facilities most of the week.
