Sacred Pathways Acupuncture and Physical Therapy

I have tried everything to help manage my nearly daily chronic migraine. Jan's healing hands that are trained to use a multidisciplinary approach combining her training in PT, acupuncture, and myofascial release. She has been instrumental in me healing and having 36 days in a row without a migraine. In the past I have seen massage therapists, PT, and acupuncture but having those therapies complementing each other in the same visit really made a difference. Thank you Jan! Jan treated my for post op knee pain and has helped me recover with her amazing acupuncture skills. She is intuitive, she listens, and she focuses on what her clients truly need. I am almost pain free now after a couple of sessions with her, something I could not achieve with just PT.

While I have done acupuncture over the years for various things I was never really sure if it was doing anything but I believed that it could not be hurting. I have struggled with a sore throat for greater than 10 years. I have tried everything from natural remedies to holistic therapies and western medicine. Western medicine diagnosed me with reflux which I doubted was really the issue but I tried taking the prescribed medication for six month to see if there was any improvement.....nothing. As a last resort I decided to try acupuncture for this specifically. I am now a believer in acupuncture and that it truly can make a difference. Within 4 sessions of seeing Jan I thought I could tell a difference but I did not want to give it credit just yet. Knowing that this had been manifesting in my body for so long, I knew it was going to take time and commitment to the process to fully resolve. I have been working with Jan for about a year now and for the first time in so many years I have mostly good days with a few challenging days here and there. I am committed to making another big push to fully resolve any underlying issues and to stabilize my throat over the coming months but I intend to continue working with Jan in other capacities because of her diverse training and all encompassing approach to healing. Jan is a very patient healer and is willing to explore various paths to find the path to resolution that is most comfortable for me. Would highly recommend her as a practitioner.

Jan is absolutely amazing at what she does. I came to her in chronic pain that was affecting every area of my life. I suffered a serious car accident five years ago and after literally hundreds of appointments she was able to address things that no one else had! She has addressed internal issues as well as structural/ muscular and anyone considering I would say run to her! Best money spent and life is opening up for me in ways it had not before!! ~Laura
