My entire VA Team had nothing but glowing comments about Tammy's level of care and her mode of reporting. Sacred Heart's reporting of Tammy's file on me (date by date) was seamlessly transferred to my VA Caregivers and they were able to see same as of the next day. Fabulous service, especially Tammy!!@

These ladies, from Nurse to PT were very caring and understanding. I'm healing well because of their care and my being able to do any exercises,which I still do to this day. Thank you So Much!

Our wound nurse Lena was fantastic. Very knowledgeable and a very caring woman. Lena was always punctual and has a great personality.

My rating is 10 stars, but I was only provided with 5. The care I received from the nurses, and the on-call staff was great. I hope that the supervisor for Angie C and Frances G give these two nurses a raise, because they deserve one for the outstanding care I received. Thank you both and I hope that if I need Home Healthcare in the future, I get these two wonderful nurses.

Lovely people, especially Lauren and Katy . They worked me right up to my limit and a little more, and made me feel so much better. absolutely worth it.

Sacred Heart Home Health provided wonderful care & support when we needed it. They called monthly to see if there was anything else we needed & were available to help when we called. Their Physical Therapists did an amazing job providing therapy. They provided work out plans designed specifically for us to do daily until they returned the next week. The therapists were a perfect fit for us. Very knowledgeable & helpful in improving our physical wellbeing. We would highly recommend Sacred Heart Home Health service to anyone needing home health care & physical therapy. We greatly appreciate everything they did for us. Thank you all so much!! We will miss you ❤️

Katie & Sarah are the PT Team that were assigned to my mom through the VA, and they were/are AMAZING! It's hard for my mom to connect with people, especially strangers in the home, but they won her over! They were so patient and gracious, worked so well with my mom, and my mom actually DOES the exercises! We love the PT Team at Sacred Heart. While we hope to never need their services again (only because it means mom is not doing well), if we ever DO, we'll be requesting Sacred Heart. THANK YOU for the compassionate care your PT Team provides!

Very caring and concerned for their patients recovery, I would recommend them to anyone who wants good home Care therapy!!
