Sacramento Spine & Physical Therapy (Roseville location)

Waited 2 months for an appointment just to be told to go find a different PT. Completely waisted 2 months I could have been recovering from surgery thanks a lot for nothing. Also I was told my shoulder pain that keeps me awake every night isn't considered a priority so 3 months wait to get seen once is ridiculous just close your shady business all together please.

If you do not magically improve then they make notes in your chart it's not a physical problem! For physical conditions they never heard of, which require lifelong Physical therapy but they set a deadline for you to suddenly not have a problem anymore you were BORN with. Very damaging to not only the patients regular medical care but to their morale and overall well-being. Therapist was an ex-football player that could not play anymore and had a power problem. Do not recommend.

Had my first visit this week with Becky. She is infectiously optimistic, and is determined to help everyone who comes there. Unfortunately, I have been dealing with a lot of anxiety so, I became sick during my first visit. They had the fan blowing in me, and tried everything to help me calm. I will say, I got to 93% only a week after mua. So I am confident, that doing PT here will have me better than normal, in a few weeks .

Waited for a long time to get a appointment. Really needed to recover from injury. On the 2nd day they tell me they are short staffed and tells me to go somewhere else.

Tori and all the ladies tha work at the front desk are excellent receptionists with great customer service. And the physical therapy ppl tha help me. Becky, David ruggles & Shawn are just amazing ppl to work with. And Jeff which I believe is the Director he is one amazing Director. Love this place n the ppl they really care about getting u back in tack . Thanx alot 🤗❤️

Absolutely LOVE THIS PLACE! YOU WANTED THE BEST, YOU GOT IT HERE! BECKY & DAVE ARE THE QUILL. WITHOUT THEIR HELP I COULDN'T GET R.O.M. PAST 60%> IM AT 113° TODAY.

All of my PT visits have been outstanding! This place has top notch physical therapist who listen to you and help you meet your goals! I wouldn’t go anywhere else!
