Sacramento Rehabilitation Hospital

We had an amazing experience at Sacramento Rehabilitation Hospital during my mother’s 2 week stay after her ankle surgery. The facility is very new and clean, with large private rooms, and the entire staff was incredibly professional, helpful and kind. Their top priority is to truly rehabilitate their patients by getting them up and moving to help them heal and learn to be as self sufficient as possible during their recovery. Thank you to the entire staff…your top notch care is greatly appreciated!!!

My mother, who has advanced dementia, crashed ger golf cart and suffered multiple fractures, Once she was stable we were lucky to get her to Sacramento Rehab Hospital. All of this took place on a weekend. They were just outstanding in every regard. Their staff was compassionate and skilled, she received daily therapy and is on her way to recovering at home now. Thank You to the entire staff at Sacramento Rehab Hospital - I I strongly recommend them to anyone needing rehab support

My boyfriend Mark B. was just recently a patient for a little over a month there, the staff & even the security guards were amazing! Everyone was super friendly, professional, and informative. They made us both feel like he was more then just bed, by the end of it he felt like family. Nadia(PCT) Justine(RN) both the Jasmines(1 PCT, 1 RN), & Jason(PT) were just a few we worked with and definitely went above and beyond. They truly helped us with staying strong together through this on our start of figuring out and understanding what to expect for our new normal and with keeping a positive mindset. The cafeteria offered a variety of food options, the cappuccino machine was 24/7, and the vending machines stayed stocked. Thank you. He said his primary PT AND OT Kat & Katie we're phenomenal and kept him motivated and in high Spirits. They would push him to do things on his own which showed him he was more capable than he thought.

I spent 17 days at Sacramento Rehab Hospital after both back and neck surgeries at UCSF. SRH arranged for my transport, and I had 3 hours of daily therapy (PT, OT, & Speech), which advanced me from barely able to walk to walking comfortably (0.6 miles on my last outside outing) with a cane by the time I was discharged. I would like to recognize and thank Beverlee and her amazing PT staff, Mikaela (OT), and Maggie who dramatically helped my speech as I had some facial paralysis after the surgery. The team of nurses and PCT’s were fantastic and took great care of me. I cannot thank this team enough for everything they did for me.

My name is Peggy Lund. I am, once again, an active 73 year old thanks to the dedicated staff at Sacramento Rehabilitation Hospital. As a result of an horrific accident, I was their patient for 30 days. I arrived with a concussion and multiple fractures (scapula, ribs, pelvis, "pinky finger."). Fortunately, I had no brain injury, so I was able to answer questions, express my needs...and press the call button which was always within reach. I was able to talk, feed myself, and sit up (as long as someone positioned me). I was totally reliant on others for all Daily Living Activities. I wish I could name all of the dedicated staff who helped me along this journey, but I would surely miss some. Housekeeping, cafeteria, patient assistants, therapists, nurses, doctors, and administration each contributed to my recovery through their roles and encouragement. I'm now back home in Arizona. Thanks to hours of physical and occupational therapy at SRH, I no longer need a wheelchair or a walker. I'm currently using a flashy purple cane! I recently joined water aerobics, am back to the gym for gentle workouts, and am playing cards with the ladies. I'm independent with all Daily Living Activities and I'm even driving. I am so very grateful to Sacramento Rehabilitation Hospital staff for their compassion and my recovery.

The staff was great, very knowledgeable, professional and caring. They geared the treatment to each person's needs and encouraged each to work to meet their optimum goal for their rehab. I would highly recommend Sacramento Rehab Hospital.

It’s because of this place that my mom is walking again… the best decision was to pull her out of a SNF and bring her here where they had intense therapy every day.every single staff member from housekeeping to the nurses and doctors was nothing short of amazing. We can’t thank them enough

My experience here was excellent. The staff was wonderful and worked together as a team. Thankyou to all of you. You were great from Nurses Martha, Alicia,Anna F, Ralph, pct, Sonny, Jacob,Keith,Craig,Jorge,Nervi. My Physical therapist Don was tough but wonderful. My Occupational therapist Magnolia also great and a pleasure to work with. Also shout out to Marshawn he really worked hard to make my diet right. Because of all of you I will walk without a walker again. Thankyou from the bottom of my heart.
