Saco Bay Orthopaedic and Sports Physical Therapy - Berwick

I injured my leg in 2024 and a family member referred me to Saco Bay Orthopaedic and Sports Physical Therapy - Berwick. After going two times to work with PT Mikkel Linskey, I realized there was a Saco Bay site much closer to my home. But I opted to stick with Mikkel, despite it adding about a half hour of time of driving. I did so because he was knowledgeable, personable, and patient-focused. My leg healed on schedule. The scheduling, billing, documentation, etc., went without a hitch. I grew to enjoy seeing Mikkel and Meg. They are a good team, and I recommend them highly.

I have been to many PTs and nothing ever worked. I finally got recommended to this place and I feel incredible. I've never looked forward to sweating my ass off and working out in my life. Mikkel and Meg are such a great team. Between us (and Google) my favorite two people in Maine. Mikkel is probably the best person that has worked with me including with patience. I'm autistic so I don't understand ALOT but something about these two people always brings me out of my shell. When my insurance stopped I worked my ass off to come back here wouldn't go anywhere else. And for the record the worst PT I ever went to was York family practice. If you really want to go back to feeling 100% Saco bay PT in North Berwick is the place to be.

Mikkel has helped me a lot with improving my mobility and strengthening. Also, he takes time to explain what is happening, so I know the point of doing the exercises. He is extremely knowledgeable and easy to talk to. Highly recommend!

The Physical Therapist working with me from Saco Bay in N. Berwick is extremely professional. He sees what progress I have made, and he gently nudges me to progress onto new skill sets with each passing session. He instills in me confidence and hope in my measured recovery, and I appreciate his skillful approach, his deep knowledge of the subject matter and his pleasant disposition.

Stefanie is wonderful! She helped my father heal quickly. He had problem with his sciatica. Highly recommend.
