There are lots of free parking spaces available. They also have a shuttle service (call to inquire). Nice clean offices. Very organized. They have a cafe in here where you can eat while waiting. Staff are very friendly and accommodating.

Went in for my appointment at 3:45 pm. Because the nurse I spoke to over the phone told me I need to see my provider to refill my migraine medication. Even though I have seen my doctor back in Jan 2023 for my migraine issue. It's not even over a year yet. So, I decided to call to schedule for appointment luckily there was a spot for 3:45pm today Oct. 19, 2023. I spent my entire time waiting to be called. 2 hours later they called me and sent me to a room to wait for a doctor. I mentioned to the nurse I need to pick up my kids from school. I have until 5:30pm. Doctor never showed up. I had to leave. Checked my chart online. And it says on my after visit summary that I have seen Dr. H Kim. Which is a lie. Never seen a doctor while waiting. And I don't even know if the Dr was a female or a male. This was the 2nd time that I had to wait and wait for doctor to see me. This time I had to walk out and leave the building. I was so upset waiting because I was in pain. This place is getting worse. New doctors new resident.. always changing.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Save yourself some time and do not go here. I made an appointment in September and the soonest they could see me was November (2 months out). After blowing up my phone for a week confirming my appointment, they call me THE DAY OF the appointment letting me know the provider has cancelled all of her appointments. They offered to schedule a new appointment for me with whichever provider would be able the soonest. They offered me an appointment in January! Are you kidding me?! That’s another 2 months from now. 4 months for an appointment. This facility is a joke! Look somewhere else.

I scored a one only because Dr. Felipe is an excellent skillful dentist. The Admin staff, supervision and executive leadership horrible, clerical staff, incompetent, rude, horrible, hygienists marginal to incompetent. Supervisor while observing me to document my asking a question, allowed clerk to shame me in front of guests, the staff has closed ranks against me, very hostile to me. I reported on going hostility but instead there seems to be an internal legal response instead of a sincere progressive discipline. This is not an attempt to defame LL Hospital but there seems to be no sincerity to help rather to pretend then to be hostile. All I ask is for competence and sincerity. Today a hygienists could not prepare a temporary cap and her colleagues went to lunch and left her to fiddle away with creating a temporary cap that looked like a chizzle tooth. She struggled after four attempts and discarded each inferior cap that was unsatisfactory. The front desk barked at me while the supervisor stood off to the side observing. Only God can fix this.

Don’t go unless you want to spend your entire morning waiting to be seen. Appointment was at 9:25 am got there at 9:10 and have yet to see my babies doctor and it is 11 am. I went here for my prenatal and it was the same story 2-3 hours sometimes 4 hours of my morning waiting in a room to be seen. Same now with my babies appointment. Get it together.

Literally almost every department has rude receptionist! To get a hold of a nurse takes about 50 mins and then the call "drops". The nurse won't bother calling you back. So I was stuck having to wait ANOTHER 35 mins.. They never have appointments because the new schedule is not out until the following month. It's the same story every time I call. Management needs to get it together!!

I liked the dental section of this clinic. Very professional and quick. I had impacted wisdom teeth and went in for emergency and was checked out right away. Dr. Perez was amazing and recommended me to a surgeon in moreno valley. Can't complain very great.

this is the first time ever my 1 year old son was denied medical treatment waited over 2 hours and when i ask why was it taking so long a nurse told me that they where having my wait because i was check in late i was there at 2 pm and my appointment was at 2:45 the lady that check me in refuse to check my son Insurance or run his social security number and told me that he was not going to be seen . the only way that he was able to see a doctor was if i pay
