I went to Ryse Up Rehab because I was having knee pain. I am an active 60 year old and my goal was to resolve this without surgery. I was amazed how quickly things started to improve. In just 3 weeks of 2 sessions per week I can see a significant difference in my strength and my pain is gone. I still have a ways to go to get to the level of strength that I want, but now I’m equipped with a better knowledge of what I can do at home and at the gym to get stronger without injury..I’ve been to other more traditional PT centers in the past and this is different. This is way more effective and works fast to build muscle using static exercise. I highly recommend Ryse Up if you want to avoid surgery!

Ryse Up Rehab is above and beyond top notch. I was involved in a car accident back in December. I suffered through a spinal cord injury, increased headaches, as well, the inability to move my upper left arm and left shoulder. I started working with Dr.Collins in March, then, Dr.Lober in April. They helped me to regain confidence in my ability to do hard things. We started out low and slow, then each week continued to progress to pushing new limits. Not only did Ryse Up Rehab help me to focus on exercise regimens to rebuild muscle strength, but also, recommend dietary changes, along with other non-pharmacological treatments to assist my injuries. Sandra from the front and Cody the operations manager were both so helpful, patient, and flexible with appointment changes and answering any questions I had. They helped to make this process so smooth! Highly recommended these guys, and especially, Dr.Lober if looking for needs involving a physical therapist!

What a great facility. I appreciated the advice towards physical rehabilitation and the principals at work. It makes a lot of sense to have well defined goals in mind and a clear picture of what each procedure is doing. This is well thought out rehab clinic.

I would 100% recommend going in and working with Dr. Collins. I have dealt with pelvic floor pain for a few years and in just a few seasons not only was the pain gone but I’m able to run and play with my kids. Dr Collins listens and provides helpful insights and feedback. Knowing that I don’t have to just deal with the pain and there was an option outside of surgery has been such a blessing.

Doctor Brian Collin's expertise is amazing!! He has completely healed my C-section belly and pelvic floor. Before going to RyseUp, I was completely numb around my belly and experienced frequent pain around my pelvic area. Not only did he help me strengthen my muscles with pelvic floor exercises, but he was willing to try something fairly unique -dry needling. He hooked up electrodes to the needles and was able to place them around the C-section scar as well as my pelvic area to restore complete feeling again so I can enjoy life as well as intimacy with my husband. He also helped work out kinks in my back, hips, neck, and shoulders with chiropractic care so I can have a full body healing. I would pay a high sum for a broken down car, why not my broken down body after pregnancy and C-section?? One thing I learned from this experience is that my body matters. It is well worth paying for!! (And, it was much cheaper for me than a big car repair.) Dr. Collins values your body too and will take the time and effort to help you!! A side note -Dr. Collins helped me learn breathing exercises which took away much of my anxiety, as well as healing my poor muscle strength in my lungs, back and legs through muscle exersizes. My circulation has also improved and my heart is doing better as well with the exercises. My body overall just feels better and ready to do life again!! And all of that within an 8 week period 2x's a week. I even felt better and stronger after a couple weeks. Dr. Collins is willing to branch out with healing anything ailing the body structure and muscles for anyone. My husband will be seeing him for strengthening his knee soon to avoid knee surgery as well. Try RyseUp rehab ASAP!!!!!!!
