Ryon Medical Center

Normally a fine experience there, but they lost my appointment that I made 6 months ago and refused me at my scheduled time. How does that happen?

Unfortunately, mr. kevin harsh lacks empathy, understanding, and listening skills that are necessary to his profession. My grown son was with me two weeks ago when I last saw mr. harsh, and I addressed a severe pain I'd been having in my abdomen & back for weeks. Unfortunate for me, he didn't even acknowledge a single word I said about my gut pain and just left the room. Now, due to his lack of empathy, understanding, and listening skills, I'm hospitalized and have been at AVRMC for six days from pancreatitis and stomach ulcers due to h pylori. Had I not come to the emergency room, I would probably be dead right now. Today I have found a new doctor who's a true MD and not just a PRN; plus, she listens to me.

Obviously with any medical establishment the ability of one patient to review all services is unrealistic. For the services I have obtained I feel that I have been ethically and adequately served by ryon medical. The staff has been very friendly with me and understanding. The facilities are fine maybe not as nice as some of the other places in town but something about the lobby feels a little uncomfortable. maybe some music would help.

I have been coming here for years. Because of Kevin I was able to finally have a child I didn't think i could have. When doing therapy there it got me through so much. Of course there are mistakes that happen but even with a degree you're still human.

They terminate if you miss so many appointments even with Quarantine and the Covid-19 scare. No leway no help they rarely call to remind of appointments scheduled and CANCELED an appointment on me and called it a no show half the time I schedule appointments the time gets put in wrong from what they tell you on the phone and then penalize you for it. How are we supposed to make it to the correct appointment time when we are tokd one thing and it gets put in the computer as another.

I really like the Therapist I have at this clinic. It's a bit pricy but I always have a great session with Shadoe and will continue to come here until shes no longer available.
