RVPCS - Northside Clinic

I love my doctor at this clinic, but the clinic is very inconsiderate of my time as I drove over to the clinic on December 22nd for my scheduled 1 pm appointment and they were closed. Tried calling first but got answering service stating they were most likely still at lunch and that was why they were not responding. I asked if they were possibly closed due to the weather that was moving in our are, and they stated not that they were aware of. No text or phone message from this clinic telling me they would be closing early! Not impressed!!!

They never answer the phone and I was number 5 in the que and got to 1 then put me back at number 5 waited 3 hours on the phone. Never again

I really Love this place & would reccomendto anybody new in town or Just anybody looking for a great Medical facility, Dr. Johnson is Always so sweet and Loving to my daughter, everybody is so professional and I never have had a problem making an appointment with the front desk. Receptionist are all very helpful and informative. The environment is comfortable for both Kids and Adults. no comparison to the other clinics . This one is the best !!!

This clinic deserves zero stars. I have called multiple times, left messages, and sent a fax trying to get a referral for a patient to see a cardiologist. This is over the last week, so I have given plenty of time for them to reply. The front office staff needs some additional help or possibly just trained to do their job better; I'm not sure which. I do not suggest using this clinic if you will ever need anything other than a PCP.

This clinic gets 5 stars without question! The team is amazing! I had a ton of things that I needed to get done before starting clinicals and they came through for me. The receptionists are always friendly and helpful. They send me email reminders about appointments and checklists to make sure I'm prepared. The few times that I've visited, I've seen Dana Pulliam. She is awesome and amazing at her job. I will definitely apply here when I graduate. Hopefully I'll get the opportunity to become apart of this wonderful medical team.

I don’t know about the doctors but the service is horrible. I got a call from a referral from my child pcp for an autism screening. I wasn’t aware of this so I told them I will call my doctor first. When I called them back. I called twice both times I waited 10-13 mins to be place in a voicemail. I did leave a vm for both phone call did not get a call back. Couple days later I called and only waited 5 mins but the lady I was talking to did not know anything about an autism screening. Another time, I went to get tested for COVID-19 and I needed a doctor’s note for work. The testing center was associated with this clinic so I called the clinic. I could not get a hold of anyone. I kept getting transferred to voicemails and I would wait 10 mins. Sometimes I could hear them pick up the phone and place me on hold. I don’t even want to go to the autism screening anymore. I’m just going to call my child dr to referee us to someplace else.

Very friendly environment from the moment you walk in to the moment you walk out. I've had many visits for my family and self. Appointments on the same day are a big plus. We are very satisfied with trusting our health with the Doctors and nurse practitioners at RVPCS. I highly recommend their clinic to those who are looking for health care needs.

The three doctors my kids see has to be some of the best in the area they always listen they take time with you they really care about their patients and they trying to get them appointment as soon as possible or they will refer you to a doctor if you feel that your child really does need to be seen. The support staff is amazing they remember who you are by name and we'll go out of their way to help you I'm very lucky and my children are very lucky to have such a great care team.
