Russian River Health Center

I absolutely love this place! On medi cal, I had a few options of places to go. I went to another dentist who told me I needed to get a root canal for $1700. I was super stressed, and wanted to get a second opinion. I came over here and had the best experience. Dr. Thai is amazing and funny and great at what he does. Jamie, the hygienist is incredible, she knows so much and gave me a bunch of tips on taking care of my teeth better. In addition, she was much more thorough with her cleaning than anyone I’ve experienced before. Today I just had the pleasure of meeting Dr. MacGarvey as well. Also incredibly wonderful kind and helpful. I love this place and will recommend it to anybody. Also, the office is so beautiful like I wanna just hang out here all day.

They misdiagnosed my broken leg and sent me back out walking around on it for two weeks without x-rays. The MRI two weeks later, caught my broken tibia. They also misdiagnosed my broken IUD and let me go around a years telling me that it’s normal. When we removed the iud the copper had unwrapped around my entire IUD. I passed copper bits months. This doctors office told me that I would have to get a scope and that was the only way that they could check out my uterus. I talked to my herbalist and she was able to refer me the ultrasound that I wanted so I didn’t have to stick a scope up my uterus that was already sore from the broken IUD. They refused to give me any painkiller for the removal. It was so painful I was bleeding during my ovulation. They said that I was just anxious, silly woman that I am. This is the worst doctors office I’ve ever been to, and the worst part is that they all think that they’re woke and that they know exactly what they’re doing. Oh by the way they had to reschedule my appointment for my broken leg and I had to walk up their stairs twice because of the doctor wasn’t in the building when I got to my appointment the first time.

Great care! Professional and experienced staff. My interactions with the team including Taylor, Sasha, Diane, Sunshine and Ann have always been terrific. I feel lucky to have them in my corner!

**NOT AN URGENT CARE FACILITY,** but this is a great health center, with knowledgeable nurse practitioners and caring doctors. The whole building is nice, and the big oak out front is especially gorgeous.

I wanted to update this and say Dr. Dallas is amazing. I'm so happy she is on board with the team. She has amazing communication skills and acknowledges you as an individual. I'm very happy she is my disabled teens primary! Thank you Dr. Dallas I had a rough start with this place. A few occasions where I just don't think our care was that important here. Due to this I'm hesitant to see my primary.

The Russian River Health Center does so much, for so many, and with so little. Even so, they had to endure a fire after beautifully renovating their parking lot. I think the last thing they deserve is one person rating them so poorly knowing they were the only review, or at all really. The health center has taken excellent care of our family, one of which has many health issues, for almost 6 years. We have always received kind, thoughtful and professional treatment from the entire staff. We have never had a problem receiving our prescriptions that wasn't due to either an insurance coverage or pharmacy supply issues. We are all lucky to have such a health care center in our community.

What can I say. We travel from Merced to see Dr Jared. For the best most caring professional doctor ever. My son loves his gentle manner. And I love that he always explains everything. He is so conpassionate. The staff are just as caring and professional.

My family and I have been patients at West County Health Centers for about 30 years and are grateful for the excellent care and guidance we have received from the providers. We have found them to be particularly skilled, compassionate, and dedicated.
