I had a severe case of pneumonia although I didn’t know that at the time I went into the ER. I went in for really bad Fever and body aches. I was helped almost immediately and they started running all kinds of tests on me, got me hooked up to an IV and heart monitor, come to find out I had pneumonia. I ended up getting admitted and stayed for two days. The staff was very nice. I had fantastic nurses who were always checking on me, they were super nice and happy to get me something when I asked. I also really liked my doctor. They were also very nice to my husband who stayed with me and made sure he was taken care of as well. They did such a good job and when I got released I felt soooooo much better. The only thing I will say is the hospital food stereotype was accurate here. But other than that they are an A+ facility in my book. Thank you so much Russellville Hospital!

My daughter has very physical jobs, as a stocker and horse trainer. She has gone to this ER for issues with her arm and a severe bruise and swelling in her leg and knee. Both times, the doctors have done as little as possible and told her it was just bruising and to take ibuprofen. After going elsewhere later, she found she had two pinched nerves in her arm that required months of PT to treat and has a torn tendon in her knee and a bone bruise in her thigh, which makes it more likely to break the femur. The tendon may require surgery to repair, but the ER doctor didn't even look at her knee or order an X-ray of it. We will never use this ER again.

You know this place makes walk in clinics look good. A woman came in to look at my husband in the er and used her PHONE as a flashlight then laughed me off when I said anything do not waste your time at their er. There’s a reason it only has 2.5 star review.

I’m so thankful for the Physical Therapy staff at Russellville Hospital’s Rehab Services! They’re so kind, patient, and professional. Each staff member I’ve worked with has helped me learn to manage decades of lower back pain, and I’m so grateful.

I had a test at the Russellville Hospital and my experience was great. From start to finish I would highly recommend this hospital imaging department for any of your test needs. The director of the department was outstanding during my visit. You will not be disappointed. Staff was friendly and just awesome. Five stars on this appointment.

Too bad there isnt a negative star rating. This hospital is a dirty, messy, joke of a hospital with under educated staff and most doctors as well. I wouldnt recommend bringing anyone there if i was in a life threatening situation and Russellville was my only choice id say let me die. So disappointed in this facility. It was a good place once years ago but idk wat happened. Let me clarify this pertains to the e.r. dept.

Awful doctors got there doctors degree from an Apple Jax box. I sent my daughter to the we with what I believe for it to be staff infection and all he did was look at it made a comment of back in my day we would burn it off leaves the room and never comes back and we are discharged 4 hours later Dr Mahamad or however you spell his name should prolly work at McDonald’s he’d do a better job serving people with food than medical help

If I could give zero stars, I would. I just got home from the hospital and i left feeling worse than when i walked in. it's the worst experience I've ever had at a hospital, Dr office, urgent care, all of it! The only nice thing I have to say is that I didn't have to wait very long. Probably because no one wants to come here though. That was a flag for me right away. The nurses were very officiant. After they got me checked in and everything, I wanted like an hour to see the doctor. Then I saw him for like less than 2 minutes. He pretty much told me there was nothing he could do and I'd just have to go home and see what happens. He talked to me the whole time lile I was stupid. He was not comforting or did anything to make my mind at ease. Dr. Hill was HORRIBLE.
