They were very friendly and listened to what I had to say. They gave me the medicine I needed. Very enjoyable dr. Visit.

As long as you have insurance or pay your bills it's an amazing hospital and my doctors office is in the clinical he's amazing

Yesterday I cut my finger pretty deep. Went to Russell hospital ER. After waiting 5 minutes outside I was finally buzzed in .The nurse asked what I needed I hel my hand up bleeding and said I needed stitches. She said we will be right with you. After 15 more minutes, no one showed. So I went to Hays med ER . 4 stitches and 20 minutes later on my way home. I always thought RUSSELL REGIONAL was only a Band Aid clinic..I was wrong they DON'T even qualify as as that. And if you are on VA, they won't treat you even though they are signed up . They told me previously not to come back as VA don't pay...

Just arrived in town and checked into a local RV Park when I noticed my right foot sore and swelling. Found this ER minutes away and fearing a blood clot, made an immediate trip there. Very professional staff quickly diagnosed and tested for Gout (which I never had). Ordered a prescription and handled all the paperwork with ease. Very impressed.

Every patient I’ve known always gets sent back to Hays with infections or other new ailments because of their negligence here in Russell.

For the most part it's a good hospital, New employees could use a little more training and support outher than that not to bad.
