I’ve utilized their services on several different occasions and the end result has never been good. The first time I sought treatment for a severe cold that was borderline pneumonia. The PA sent me home without a prescription. If I hadn’t sought a second opinion the result could have been devastating. The second time I utilized their services for a DOT physical. Never again. The nurse forgot to do my eye test and she didn’t know how to test my hearing. The PA attempted to diagnose me with a condition I certainly didn’t have. They had my medical card so screwed up that the state had my CDL “ on hold.”

Zero stars. I went to get a prescription for a refill on an asthma inhaler. I asked several times after the appointment what I owed after paying their $25 charge before hand. I was told "you're all good, you can leave" 2 months later I receive a bill for $120.. When the poor business decision was brought up they got dismissive and hung up. DONT BOTHER. GO TO HAYS INSTEAD.

Waiting for a client and wonder why on earth the music is louder then it should be. Hearing receptionist talk on phone and check people in I don't know how it can't interrupt conversing.

They wanted me to schedule an appointment when I called there for medical advice that could've been given over the phone all because they wanted to charge me for the visit... I didn't want to give them one star but it wouldn't let me post otherwise
