Russ Physical Therapy - Bentonville

From the moment you walk in the door, you will feel welcomed. The entire staff is so attentive, friendly and professional. They really take the time to listen to you and take great care in evaluating your needs for recovery. While the physical process is not always fun, they help you keep a positive attitude and keep your improvement in mind. I just can't say enough good things about them! I was the first one in on the day I took photos, so don't let that fool you, it's normally a busy place. If you notice all the frames on the walls, those are testimonials and recovery stories from their clients!

I used Russ Physical for two months. They are fantastic. Very patient-focused. Very kind and dedicated staff. I have a lot of back pain and the treatment and techniques at Russ have helped me live a more normal life, without pain. I would definitely use them again!

My dad was referred to Russ PT a few years ago. We got to know their professional fun loving staff! So naturally when I had my first knee replacement in November of 2022 I chose Russ PT for my therapy! Once again a very professional and fun loving staff got me through! Here I am 3 weeks out from my second knee replacement and I am back at Russ PT!! They work diligently with each person and design a plan for you specifically. This knee replacement has some special issues and the whole staff is helping me to work through! Russ PT has a family atmosphere that I love!

I highly recommend this physical therapy office in Bentonville. The office has a very calming atmosphere and provide a very high quality of care. The whole office team is very professional. Right from the front office, Jasper (hopefully spelling is right) is very helpful and always very nice to talk to. His baby is so adorable too 😇. The physical therapists are amazing. Daniella (spelling?) has been very professional and focussed from the start. She cared and really helped. Also, Thomas has been very helpful. One more thing, I am scared of dogs and they always made sure to put their little dog back in the office on my request. Very considerate and caring staff.
