I’ve been coming off and on for several years for physical therapy, the staff are extraordinarily wonderful. The reception and office staff are great and helpful scheduling appointments. The therapists are highly skilled and professional, I would highly recommend RSI to anyone needing therapy young or old.

RSI is amazing, I went to the facility 3 years ago for pt for my son, and we are back for speech. the front desk is truly amazing when it comes to scheduling and working around schedules. The speech therapist are also wonderful, they have alot of knowledge, patience, and love their job. My son absolutely loves going to see his therapist, and this is only day 2. The facility is really clean. I highly recommend RSI. My son and i are excited for the rest of our journey. THANK YOU RSI

Jeff, the speech therapist is the best. I would highly recommend him for anyone who needs speech therapy. He worked so well with our daughter and now she has made so much progress. He is very dedicated and his approach and techniques are top notch and effective for our daughter. When we started at RSI, our daughter could not talk but currently she is not only making words but sentences. Jeff not only work with the child, but also teach parents best techniques to use at home to encourage and improve speech learning. Thank you Jeff-RSI

After literally 7 years of speech and occupational therapy, they kicked my son out of his therapy service for behaviors that are characteristic of his disability of level 3 autism. When I asked if they could help me find a therapy provider that could meet his level of need, they said they could not and this was not their responsibility. These people show disregard for the profoundly autistic and discarded my son like refuse.

Our 11 y.o. has been struggling with being understood when it comes to pronouncing certain letters. She has been attending speech therapy at RSI now for several weeks. Recently she had a few friends over and I was able to overhear one of her friends celebrate her ability to pronounce a word she previously struggled with. Since then she shares her speech therapy homework with her friends and they will gently remind her to take her time and pronounce properly. I truly believe that RSI has helped my child with her confidence. Thank you

My husband and I are extremely happy with the speech therapy our son receives at RSI, he is bilingual which can be a challenge, but Jeffrey Barquero and Adriana Santana are both patient and understanding with him. Jeffrey specifically has been a huge help in our son's growth in not only his speech, but also his recommendations for how we can better help our son at home. It is clear he is very passionate about his work. We look forward to continuing to work with RSI.

I am not one to leave bad reviews, but I promised myself that I would leave an honest review of my experience. I would not recommend this place. I hoped to receive speech services for my 3.5 year old son who is not yet speaking, but our experience was so bad I told myself we would not be back. Without dragging out single every single detail, I would say that my phone intake was disappointing, my check-in process was completely unprofessional, the evaluator seemed very inexperienced and in need of more supervision, several people on staff appeared to be blinded by their biases and my check-out experience made me certain that I would not return. It is not ok to have poor customer service. It is not ok to yell at people when they step foot in your door. It is not ok to be a professional therapist and recoil from a 3.5 year old boy as though you were afraid. It is not ok to imply that your client may cause a "sticky situation" because you have imagined that they might not pay. It is not ok to ignore the client when it is time to check out. It is not ok that no one offered even an ounce of an apology for anything that occurred. I would, again, not recommend this facility for service of any kind. I would recommend that you research other facilities for your therapeutic needs, particularly if you are seeking services for your children. There are other places that will treat you and your children with respect. My message to the leadership there is to please consider having additional training and supervision for ALL of your staff. It was a truly unbelievable experience that should make you re-evaluate how you do business and I am quite certain that I am not the only person who experienced unacceptable service at your facility.
