When I first started treating with Jonathan and training with Rob, I could hardly walk without being in serious pain. After years of living like that, these guys have changed my life! I still have a lot of work to do, but I know they will get me where I want to be without the repeated setbacks I had from other experiences. These guys are the best! Sprint, walk, or limp on over like I did and they will have you where you want to be in no time!

I am in my early 30's and have struggled with Plantar's Fasciitis for around 8-10 years (from years of running on bad shoes). I had been through 5 different podiatrists, steroid injections, spent a small fortune in shoes and inserts, and even tried some alternative medicine methods to no avail. I was getting very depressed because at that point, I couldn't even walk a 1/4 mile without severe pain. I was incredibly close to signing up for the release surgery, but I was apprehensive to jump into that procedure as it slices part of that same problem ligament and would leave me with physical therapy for upwards of a year. I am a very active person, so this did not sit well with me. After some research, I (luckily) found RPM and saw that they had excellent reviews and success rates. Dr. Jonathan Ruzicka invited me to come in and have a free consultation where he thoroughly explained the treatment processes and cost as well as explaining the physiology related to the problem. Yes, it was a little more expensive than I had expected, but comparing that to the cost of having a surgery and related physical therapy (not including how physically taxing the procedure would be), it became a no-brainer. I am so incredibly thankful that I chose RPM for my treatment! The entire staff were kind and welcoming, and I felt like a part of the crew after just two visits. I honestly looked forward to my appointments! Dr. Ruzicka put together a plan and had a team of support for me (Dr. Jessica Mershimer, along with trainers Robert Gonzalez and Aaron Pineda). I genuinely cannot say enough good things about my team of practitioners. Jessica was warm and friendly and an absolute breeze to work with. Even when things got a little tough or may have been a little physically uncomfortable, she did her absolute best to make sure that I was still doing okay and encouraged me throughout my plan of treatment, all while having the most positive and pleasant demeanor. Aaron and Robert helped me refine and bolster some of my recurring workouts while carefully ensuring that my form was solid. Don't get it twisted... I had to put in work. I made sure that I stayed on top of my workouts daily which helped move my progress in the right direction and in turn, helped me see just how helpful their in-clinic treatments were for me. Everything about my experience with RPM was absolutely worth it. I would not hesitate to go back and would absolutely refer my friends and family to Jonathan and his team! RPM saved my foot, fitness, and overall well-being. Thank you, RPM!!!

I spent lots of money with previous therapy treatments for my hip pain, but never got my issue resolved. I started treatment with Megan Waters at RPM after referral of my family doctor. She was amazing! Very knowledgeable and dedicated to take care of my healing process. From the beginning I started to feel much better. I am free of pain now and practicing all what I learned to prevent future problems. Their staff is very helpful and kind, I enjoyed my therapy sessions. Very good people!

As a former college athlete, I have spent a lot of time with physical therapists and athletic trainers. RPM physical therapy is by far the best and most comprehensive therapy I’ve experienced. In just a single visit they had me feeling better, and gave me exercises and things to do at home that have helped tremendously. They truly care for their patients and have a passion for helping people heal in the healthiest way possible. 5 stars are not enough.

RPM is the BEST! After a surgery a few years ago where I had a lymph node removed, I had swelling and stiffness from scar tissue under my arm that affected my shoulder. I was just dealing with the pain until I slept wrong and couldn't move my shoulder. I was hesitant to go to any physical therapy, but after a week, my husband convinced me to go see Nick at RPM. I hate to say he was right, but he was. Nick is great! He knows what he is doing and pushes you while being realistic about expectations. I've already told several friends about him. After a week, my shoulder was noticeably different and 5 weeks in, it's almost better than it was before my surgery. The entire team at RPM is awesome, and I highly recommend them.

I avoided major surgery on rotary cuff tears on my shoulder because of RPM’s professional guidance, training, and personal research and care. At the free consultation meeting with Dr Jonathon, clear options were presented. No pressure, your decision. I did a few initial appointments, then bought a package to save money. Yes, it’s not cheap, but well worth it for the quality of care. Initial appointments are a balance of instruction, assessments, chiropractic holds, stretches and massage, and more. Then a “plan” is put together. The physical training was specifically designed to advance my particular needs, targeting specific muscle groups and methods for relieving pain. In between visits, Robert, my trainer, studied my file and prepared exercises to address my goals. The trainer is right by your side the whole time making sure you are understanding and applying tasks/drills correctly and adjusting them to your ability. You benefit from correct training so that what you learn there, you are able to do on your own. I also tried out what Medicare service had to offer. Big difference in being trained one on one at RPM compared to sharing a trainer with several other patients doing the same exercises. I consider my relationship with RPM to be ongoing. With their encouragement, I successfully completed my goals. I am out of pain with a very functional shoulder, but I plan to check in every few months now to stay accountable and to continue to strengthen areas of weakness. I highly recommend RPM to anyone willing to take ownership of your physical improvement. You have to apply yourself, but the RPM friendly experts will walk you through that journey to be a stronger and healthier you.

I am truly grateful for Jonathan & Rpm Physical Therapy. I was dreading the thought of back surgery when my son introduced me to Jonathan. The therapy I received from Jonathan took me from not being able to walk, stand or sit to being back in the gym with my trainer and enjoying physical activity with my grandchildren in a few short weeks. The exercises he recommends are beneficial and convenient to do at home. And by the way, Jonathan healed my son from severe shoulder pain so we have nothing but praise for RPM physical Therapy . Highly recommend them!

I can’t say enough of positive things about the RPM team! Josh, Ryan and Megan are my dream team and have helped me get stronger over the past year and half. They also put up with my excessive talking :) I am always amazed at their advice and how making such minor modifications to movement can make the world of difference! You guys are the best!
