Royse and Associates

I really love the education that Royce and Associates offers me. It's very easy to navigate with language that is widely understood. I recommend this class for anyone getting out of highschool, or anyone trying to find a new pathway in life. You will NOT have regrets!! The only recommendations I have is maybe an outline for note taking... (I'm just bad at taking notes).

Jerry is very competent, he knows Alaska and Real Estate. There is a lot of information, tests, references, and tools provided. The presentation laced with humor and is very relatable woven with wisdom gained from experience.

Jerry is a very knowledgeable and valuable instructor. He uses his experiences and humor to make the classes fun. His continuing education course is super helpful. You don’t have to wait till the last minute to get your continuing education out-of-the-way. A lot of times the greater Fairbanks Board Of Realtors does not have the in person, continuing education, all 20 credits until October. Even then, if you’re busy that weekend or out of town, you’re out of luck. Very grateful that Jerry offers all 20 hours of continuing education online!!!! Thanks Jerry!!!!

From the time I entered the Real Estate business (almost 20 years ago), I have taken ALL of my continuing education and Associate Broker License training with Royse and Associates. The training provided is in-depth, practical, extremely well presented and dare I say entertaining at times. Jerry and his team are simply the best!

The Sales Pre-Licensing course was thorough, well-organized, and enjoyable! Jerry's anecdotes throughout the class were incredibly relevant (and entertaining). I did my pre-licensing course and recent continuing education classes with Jerry Royse and you wont find a better instructor! Jerry is extremely well versed in all things Real Estate and he is always there for his students whenever they need advice. I passed my Real Estate Licensing Exam on the first try and I have Jerry to thank for that!
