Rose Physical Therapy is an amazing place and they have helped me so much in the nine years I have been going there, helping me navigate and overcome several sports injuries. I am now working closely with Valerie Oliphant and Claire Bowe on tennis-related plantar fasciitis and I am so grateful for the personalized attention they have given me. They are super kind and patient and they truly care about helping me get better and really focusing on troubleshooting what has and hasn’t worked. Their expertise is top notch and the locations and hours are super convenient. So grateful for them!

Very good overall experience. Kat de Lara is a kind and hard-working PT who gives her patients her all. Allegra is an administrator who genuinely cares about the clientele, too. She put so much time into helping me deal with my insurance company while I was trying to get sessions reimbursed. I will say, I'm not sure it's a go-to practice for Pelvic Floor issues. They do treat it, but no one there is really a specialist. I would highly recommend for sports injuries and back issues, based on the other reviews. It's a great atmosphere.

Dr. Connor is excellent! I recommend seeing him if you can. He understands the plight of the injured athlete and gives well-rounded, practical exercises. I was a bit anxious about my injury and he was totally patient and understanding.

I receive wonderful help with a long term injury from Sarah here. She is amazing at explaining what we are doing and why, and taking the time to really figure out the issues. I highly recommend her if she is in your network.

I cannot say nice enough things about Rose PT! I have seen two of the therapists (due to changes in my health insurance), Sarah Lindholm and Dr. Kat De Lara. I'm also biased to say that the office coordinators are great too (Allegras are awesome!). I had to do PT on my chest and stomach after breast reconstruction, and they have also done some dry needling on my lower back which was amazing. It has been so helpful to get some massage and guided exercise at each appointment. It's a really nice facility (the downtown location) and I am always seen on time. They really do take the time to make sure all of your issues are addressed and that you feel comfortable doing the exercises at home. Both Sarah and Kat are wonderful! They also offer convenient shorter sessions if you just want a quick check-in, which I have not done but am glad to know I could go back and do any time.

I had PT at the Navy, Art location for Rose PT following surgery on my rotator cuff. They were amazing. I do not believe their recovery would have been as smooth somewhere else. The therapist who worked with me, was Conner, who was brilliant and extraordinarily knowledgeable about Shoulder rehabilitation. I had personal attention from the therapist for the entire session every time I went there. They were available constantly by phone and email to answer questions as they came up. For me personally this was the best PT experience I ever had, and would not hesitate to recommend.

I had an outstanding experience with Dr. Connor at Rose Physical Therapy. I was recovering from a major sports injury sustained on vacation and Dr. Connor conducted our first call via zoom which got me immediately on the road to recovery. He was patient and explained everything thoroughly. I hope not to need PT anytime soon, but if I do I know where I'll go.

Cannot recommend Rose PT enough! I’ve worked with many physical therapists over the years for my back pain, and Kat is truly a special therapist. Her patience, knowledge, kindness, and understanding of my issue made it enjoyable to attend my appointments, and she made it easy to work on finding a solution. If you are looking for a PT in Washington DC, Rose PT is undoubtedly the best.
