Rolling Hills Care Center

My sister is currently a patient here at this facility. This is the most uncaring, unorganized, unprofessional, and ill equipped “care facility” that I have ever seen. My sister was involved in a major automobile accident so subsequently she was sent here for her after care physical therapy to relearn how to walk again. She gets no care whatsoever when she first arrived she was put into a vintage looking crowded small room whom she shares with another patient. She is mostly left to fend for herself here , take cold showers on her own, and I’ve heard that the Fresno County Jail has a better menu than Rolling Hills Care Center. I’ve never witnessed a medical facility that allows its staff to treat patients in such an ugly way. I’ve heard the nurses cussing amongst each other , the place is understaffed , and the nurses that are there seem to always be gossiping amongst each other. It would seem to me that even a North Korean medical facilty is more capable and caring than this old facilty. It needs major improvement both with the staff and the building itself.

My name is Esther Gonzalez, I Was transferred to this facility for physical therapy on August 26. Today is September 22 and I’ve received three days of physical therapy. Not only that I now have a hernia Due to their negligence and never supplying me with the equipment I needed such as a trapeze to help me get up instead I was left to find my own way to get out of bed. They left Us for two days without any running hot water therefore we couldn’t shower. The state is currently investigating them for malpractice. If you or your family member have a complaint do not file a grievance form because their staff throws the forms away. There are many more grievances with this facility. Administration is the root of the problem, It’s systematic and has to stop. However, I will say there are some amazing CNA‘s and RNs Working at Rolling Hills care Center however they do not deserve these wonderful people.

Very very very poorly ran by social worker and manager. You can not get in contact with anyone besides medical staff. Good luck trying to transfer a family member out of here, we’ve been trying for 6 months and social worker still hasn’t finished process. She ignores call, messages and meet ups. Reads messages and doesn’t respond or call back. We’ve tried to reach a superior several times and I’m pretty sure there isn’t anyone above the social worker cause they do not give us info. We are in the process of working with local ombudsman because we have no other options. The medical staff is great though. They take great care of my father in law.

The staff here is great and they really care about the residents. The facility is clean and well managed. The activities are great. There are so many for the residents to choose. The dietary team has a variety of menu options and alternates to choose from. The nursing and CNA care is outstanding. The therapy team really helps the residents achieve their rehab goals. Everyone is cheerful and helpful. I would recommend this facility for a loved one.

Rolling Hills Care Center truly provides a family like environment. The staff are all very involved in making someone feel comfortable and well adjusted to a new environment. The food is delicious but if someone isn't happy with it, the staff will make sure they get something that meets their satisfaction. This is just one of the many perks of choosing a small facility. Management really cares about the residents, their families and the staff. It's a wonderful place to work or stay!

Rolling Hills is a facility where every residents expectations are met. Their number one priority is patient care. Housekeeping does awesome by keeping the facility looking spotless and smelling clean. Kitchen always makes sure that every resident has home like meals. Cnas always provided the best patient care. Nurses are awesome and make sure patients have the best recovery possible. When it comes down to team work, Rolling Hills employees are number one.

Rolling Hills Care Center provides a great home like environment. The staff here is amazing! CNA and Nursing staff are so attentive to resident’s needs. Housekeeping does an amazing job at keeping the place clean. Kitchen staff accommodate to residents personal food preferences (the food is delicious)! Administration is so organized and involved with resident care. Definitely proud to be part of the Rolling Hills Team.

Rolling Hills Care Center is a small, home-like, friendly facility where everyone is treated like family! The food is delicious and the residents have the ability to order almost anything they're in the mood to eat at meal time which is very unusual in a congregate living setting. Great food + caring staff = happy residents.
