As a licensed clinical psychologist and neuropsychologist, I feel confident sending clients to Rogue Physical Therapy & Wellness! Their state of the art facility makes clients feel comfortable as if they are working out in a gym. The energy of the members and staff is contagious. Upon walking in, you are greeted by their friendly dog and other staff/members. One unique aspect about Rogue is that all of their sessions are designed based on the latest research and led by Physical Therapists. They also have different classes for various skill levels and phases of Parkinson's Disease progression. The staff is warm and welcoming, and they find a way to make physical therapy and exercise fun! Whether you are looking for physical therapy, occupational therapy, speech therapy, or a place to elevate your level of fitness, Rogue has highly trained experts who can help!

Rogue has been a huge benefit to me since I was diagnosed with Parkinson's. I do everything online with them, but nonetheless I feel I have made friends there who care about me and motivate me. I do the exercise classes almost every day. They are suited to my issues and give me a really good workout. I also enjoy the cooking/nutrition class. It makes a great difference in my life to know there are things I can do to stay well despite Parkinson's, and I really credit Rogue with building that mindset in me.

Rogue's online workshops and exercise classes are the best out there. I have had Parkinson's disease since 2017. I researched exercise programs and initially signed with a local San Diego program at 3 times the membership cost of Rogue. One day I looked up Claire's name (because she was the teacher) and discovered she had her own program. The Rogue program encompasses so much more. They offer quality speech, exercise, food preparation, support in a complete program which has helped me in my journey. I am so thankful for Rogue.

Rogue Physical Therapy Wellness is fabulous! And so much fun. I never thought I would box and dance, while enjoying it so much. The online voice therapy by Stephanie, has improved my breathing, swallowing and speaking. My neurologist is thrilled as I am doing way better now than 5 years ago. There is so much support and encouragement from cheerful staff. Thank you Claire.

I can't say enough good things about Rogue Physical Therapy and Claire McLean! I have been doing the online classes which really help my Parkinson's symptoms, but beyond that, there is a sense of community that is so wonderful. Parkinson's is a very complex disease, and there is research going on all of the time. Claire keeps us informed through zoom sessions. I honestly don't know where I would be if I hadn't have stumbled on this website when I did! I'm really grateful for the resources that are available through Rogue, and also for the friendships that have developed as a result of taking the online classes!

Rogue PT and Wellness is quite a find! The program addresses all aspects of Parkinson's. In-person classes are led by experienced and caring therapists. Their online program covers many, many other issues PD patients experience, and you can even make up classes you may have missed. My husband feels quite fortunate to have found this amazing program.

I have an online membership for Rogue Fitness because I’m on the Central Coast of Ca. Worth every penny! Started in 2020 with them after early onset Parkinson’s diagnosis in 2019. Claire and her team are amazing and have personally responded to me over email any time I’ve had questions. I count on them as an integral part of my Parkinson’s fitness regime.

I was devastated when I heard my Parkinson’s diagnose. But then, I found Rogue Physical Therapy & Wellness online. I can’t praise Rogue enough. They are a group of therapists specializing in helping those of us with Parkinson’s. Folks with PD can face a multitude of problems such as writing small, speaking too softly, feeling stiff, losing our balance, and having trouble swallowing. Rogue addresses all aspects of PD, including, of course, strength, mobility, and balance. They are an incredible source of knowledge. Best of all, as we participate in zoom workouts, we get to know other folks with PD around the world. I never thought that I could make friendships on a zoom platform, but I have. If you have PD, don’t wait another minute—check out Rogue—you’ll be glad that you did.
