Rocky Point Care Center

As someone who used to work in a nursing home I was very pleased. The staff was attentive and was helping the residents with grace and good humor. Most importantly, there was no unpleasant smells which is very telling. Thank you for taking good care of my friend. Brenda C.

Kristina the Administrator and Delleene, the Director of Nursing are absolutely wonderful! You can tell immediately how passionate they are about their jobs and how much they care about the residents. I would highly recommend this facility!

I had a scheduled doctor's appointment for my mom. I reminded the nurses station 2 days before the appointments and the nurse at the desk said she saw the note an all was good. When I was taking her out, I told the nurse that we were leaving and she said she didn't know I was taking her. I explained that the other nurse saw the note when I reminded her. When I made this appointment I told both the fron desk, who remembered, and the nurse station. I try to tell the appropriate people. In the future I will be sending an email to the administrator, social worker, and the front desk. On the positive... Kaylee is always a pleasure and Christine, the administrator has been very helpful. And I love the new look at the front desk, it's very welcoming and brightens up the place. I wish there was more of that throughout the building to brighten up the place for the residents.

The people here are so friendly and helpful. We know Mom is well cared for. The staff is professional and kind. Friendships form and it feels like a family.

During the months of November and December 2020 I was visiting this facility on a daily basis. I was consistently impressed with the staff and how much attention and care they provided to the residents. I know from personal experience that working in a nursing home can be so difficult, but seeing the way the staff cared for the residents was truly touching. If I had a loved one that needed to be in a nursing home I would definitely recommend this facility!

I have had the pleasure to get to know many staff members, residents and families associated with Rocky Point Care Center. They have all been warm, welcoming and eager to not only help me but also provide excellent patient care from what I have observed. I've been very happy to see the level of care, love and compassion that is present at Rocky Point Care Center on a daily basis.
