Jerry is an amazing Physical Therapist. Every person that works there is helpful, kind knowledgeable and friendly. Their goal is to help people regain their mobility. They explain everything so clearly and answer all your questions. The center is not too big with caos. It is just the right size for one on one interaction. Equipment is in great shape and clean. Great, friendly place to get better

Week 5 into physical therapy and I couldn’t be happier with my progress and development. I had knee surgery for a torn meniscus end of January and here we are, beginning of March and already graduating. The entire therapy team and staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. They were very kind, and had no issues answering questions and addressing concerns. They were knowledgeable and efficient in every part of the recovery process. I was also very impressed with how the administrative staff was able to maneuver through getting insurance and coverage matters sorted so gracefully and quickly. Definitely recommend coming to the West Valley location at Granger Medical! Your body will thank you!

This facility is the absolute best for recovery and healing. I had a terrible experience with my surgery recovery and Jerry and staff helped me get back to living a normal life. I didn’t think I’d be able to use my arm again and in a month I was 90% better than when I walked in. The staff is very friendly and extremely helpful. Not to mention knowledgeable. Jerry was the Physical Therapist I worked with during my time there and I can’t say enough about how great he was! I chose this place for my PT over the recommendation location from my surgeon because my partner went to see them earlier this year after knee surgery. They did an incredible job getting him back on his feet and back to normal as well so I knew this is the facility I wanted fo my recovery. If you have a choice, choose RMTS! You’ll be so glad you did!

I'm almost 70 years old, so I've been to my share of physical therapy places. None compare to Rocky Mountain. Everyone there is so kind and caring. They take time to make sure you understand how to do all the exercises. They are right there when the timer goes off and whenever you need guidance. Thank you all for your dedication to your job and your patients!

I just got a charge off for a $91 dollar bill. I only found out because I checked my credit report. They sent me to collections and the collection agency said it was a $700 bill due to the service they provided the client. Pretty petty but whatever. Not only that YouTube has better therapist than the ones they have there and it’s free. Not worth the money at all. I told them that and the therapist came out with scare tactics, I was in a bad place at the time so I fell for it. I wouldn’t make that same mistake now. $700 dollars later for one visit that had a $50 dollar balance, lesson learned I guess.

All therapist pushed me to work hard in order to recover from my knee replacement surgery but yet made sure I that I did not over do the exercises and become too tired. They all seemed to genuinely care about my recovery and made sure that I performed the exercises correctly. Everyone was very friendly and explained why they were having me do what they wanted me to do. Scheduling my days and time for physical therapy was not a problem. The center is very clean and every one seemed to always be cleanlng the equipment and changing pillow cases after use. I have no problem recommending Rocky Mountain to anyone. If I ever require physical therapy again Rocky Mountain is where I will go.

I can not tell you how wonderful this team is. I have been going there for 6 months and it is a warm friendly environment. They are knowledgeable it what needs to be done. They gently push you to do more but make sure that it isn't too much and cause you pain. They correct you when needed to get the best results they can. The therapist communicate well. They explain what is happening and what to expect. They work with you to get the best results possible. I have enjoyed the time I was there and recommend them to anyone. If I ever need therapy again I would not hesitate to return to this clinic.
