Rocky Mountain Spine & Sport Physical Therapy

Had a pretty intense shoulder surgery in the end of May and started physical therapy a couple weeks later. Choosing this location was the best decision I’ve made. Adam has been absolutely amazing with my recovery. In 3 months, he has helped me get back to my normal life which includes running a pretzel business. Adam and the entire team have been so amazing. All are super attentive, empathetic, and professional. The entire team is super fun though, too, ensuring a laid back physical therapy session. I will recommend Rocky Mountain Spine & Sport everyone!!

Over the last few months I have been working with Olivia at Rocky Mountain Spine and Sport. My experience was nothing short of phenomenal. Olivia, Adam, and Kayla are all wonderful people who truly care about their patients. Olivia’s expertise has been monumental in getting my ankle back to full functionality. I can’t recommend this group of people enough.

First off I had called around quite a lot to literally anyone who would help me as I was in a lot of pain. These guys were the only ones who were empathetic of my situation but also went out of their way to get an appointment the next morning. I’ve gone here twice starting last week, I originally had a appointment with I believe Adam I apologize if that’s wrong and he was super nice when traffic was bad and I needed another appointment later the same day. I got Olivia who is very nice and takes the time to decipher where the pain is and what is causing it. I do technical mechanical work with troubleshooting and feel the upmost confidence she knows what she’s doing and enjoys her work. The other staff member Kayla is extremely friendly as well as Olivia. As someone who has worked with medical staff quite some time these guys definitely are above the rest. I’ll definitely be returning.

Took me awhile to post this, but have nothing but wonderful "things" to say about Adam, Evelynn and the entire staff at Rocky Mountain Spine & Sport. I was referred to this location by my surgeon after getting a bankart repair on the anterior labrum of my shoulder. I did 6 months of PT at this location and they truly became like family to me! I wouldn't hesitate twice when referring someone here for PT, no matter what someone needed. Adam and his staff are kind, personable, professional, fun (because yes, PT should be fun since you're there so often), challenging in the best way (because PT shouldn't be easy breezy, they are trying to make you better), understanding, and so much more. I hope I don't have to go back, but they will forever be part of my journey and I'm grateful for that!

Adam Johnson has became one of my favorite people just in general, I started coming to RMSS back in march, not even being able to walk on my own I had a multiple tear injury in my knee with absolutely no hope in sight, untill I had met Adam. I am now confidently able to say I have my motion back after only a few short months and am walking again on my own!!! All thanks to Adam I couldn’t have gotten through any of the pain or discomfort without his extraordinary help, before and after my surgery. I am forever greatful that I took the chance coming to Rocky Mountain spine and sport. 100/10 recommendation.

I recently had a shoulder replacement and am having PT with Tyler at the Westminster location. My experience to date has been great. Tyler is extremely knowledgeable and pushes me just hard enough to help me regain my strength and function without causing me additional pain. He answers my questions thoroughly and encourages me in my goals. Kind, compassionate and knowledgeable. Would highly recommend this clinic!

Tyler has been my physical therapist at the Rocky Mountain Spine & Sport since my rotator cuff repair surgery in early September 2023. Throughout my recovery, Tyler has consistently demonstrated exceptional professionalism, skill, and empathy in his role. I have been particularly impressed by Tyler's patience and expertise in providing manual therapy. He has a remarkable ability to create a friendly and relaxed environment during our sessions, which has greatly contributed to my overall comfort and well-being during treatment. Furthermore, Tyler is meticulous in maintaining a clean and hygienic treatment area. He consistently ensures that the massage table and pillowcases are thoroughly cleaned before each session, which reflects his dedication to providing a safe and comfortable environment for his patients. Based on my experience, I recommend Tyler to anyone in need of physical therapy services. His professionalism, expertise, and compassionate approach make him an outstanding physical therapist.
