Hi, I came to your facility at the recommendation of my sister who was already a patient there with Jordan. I had hardware removed from my ankle and had some complications following it therefore affecting my range of motion more then what would be normal as well as experiencing pain with it. Jordan was amazing in his treatment of me, from his knowledge and experience to his handling and work with me. His choice of exercises and massages helped me more then I actually expected them too, but because of my expections not his ability. My range of motion is amazing now with no pain and I could not be happier!! Jordan is truly fantastic at what and how does. Highly recommended!đŸ„‡

Amazing group of therapists! Very knowledgeable, professional, and actually fun to work with! With their help, I met my goals for pain and they gave me exercises to do at home to maintain what I accomplished. Highly recommended!

I have undergone eight surgeries, each time working with different physical therapists. After my last injury, I found Jordan, who assisted me for several months before my surgery and helped me with rehabilitation afterward. Jordan is hands down the best therapist I've ever had. He is knowledgeable, kind, knows when to push, and uses humor to keep things light. I highly recommend him!

Over the 18 months or more, I have had a great experience with the therapists at Rocky Mountain Spine & Sport Physical Therapy in general, and in particular with Jordan Palma. I originally came to RMSS in January 2023 after a knee reconstruction surgery. My recovery went well until I suffered a stroke in July 2023, and lost the use of my right arm and leg. So, it was back to the drawing board. It's been over a year since my stroke. I am able to walk (with a cane), write and type with my right hand, and have some semblance of independence Much of the credit for my improvement goes to Jordan, who - Always had a positive attitude - Pushed me to improve - Came up with creative strategies - Listened to my suggestions and incorporated them I can't say enough about Jordan and the other therapists at RMSS

Great experience - Jordan performed a very thorough initial assessment and designed a program that brought relief to my back pain and is sustainable long term. While I hope to never see him again 😉 I would definitely recommend him and the team at RMSS. Jake was great as well!

Jake and Jordan helped me with my lower back discomfort, which I’ve been dealing with for probably 20 years. They are both very professional and friendly, and I am very pleased with the therapy. They provided me. It was interesting the fact that they had me do exercises to strengthen my butt muscles, which actually help with lower back discomfort, which I didn’t know, I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for good physical therapy

As a “woman of a certain age,” mother of active teenage boys, and former athlete, I can honestly say that I have seen (more than) my fair share of physical therapists, trainers, and PT facilities through the years. Rocky Mountain Spine and Sport in Golden is by far the best I have ever experienced. I was directed to them for a nagging shoulder injury when a larger facility I had previously used was full. I will never go anywhere else again. Jordan Palma, who directed my care, is incredibly knowledgeable, professional, personable, and dedicated to getting it right. My injury refused to follow an anticipated course for healing, and Jordan met it every step of the way, trying different approaches, continually working on my strength, reading and re-reading test results, and recommending an additional doctor’s visit when he deemed it necessary. His intellectual curiosity, care for patients, and commitment to my recovery was exceptional. But it doesn’t stop there. The rest of the team at Rocky Mountain Spine and Sport were also amazing (yes, I’m especially looking at you, Collin and Kassidy)—always friendly, willing to step in with ideas and help, and caring enough to get to know me even though I was not their patient. I saw them all give the same level of attention and congeniality to their patients and to the PT students and residents that passed through the facility in my time there. The building is smaller than other PT facilities I have been in, but clean, well-organized, cheerful, and well-run. I enjoyed the atmosphere and I think its size contributed to a feeling of community. Finally, I never had to wait for my appointment to start (I wish they could say the same for me). I could not recommend Rocky Mountain Spine and Sport more highly, and while I hope I don’t have reason to return, Jordan and the rest of the team at Rocky Mountain Spine and Sport will be my first call.
