After trial and error I have Finally found the First and Only place ANYONE in Pain should go to. Rocky Mountain Spine & Sport Physical Therapy in Castle Rock. The place itself is spotless and almost feels like a gym with DPTs for every person with pain issues or looking for pre-op or post-op help. I was treated by Sidney Butler. I was so impressed with her! I know my body well and have had major back surgery 20 yrs ago . (The perks of being a Dental Hygienist) I’m a very active and healthy 67 yo and have done Yoga for many years. I have had back pain for over two months. My DPT son in Tennessee couldn’t treat since he’s far away and my husband a retired PT couldn’t pinpoint the cause of . Although he had lots of theories and advice. Sidney discussed every detail of my present pain and past history . She asked me to imitate her movements so she could see how I moved ( I guess) . I can go on , but I know THIS was the perfect Evaluation. She found the root of the pain . She used Dry Needling to get me out of acute pain . Sent me home with PT exercises . I called her twice with even more questions that she probably answered already. She called me back immediately even though she’s always booked. I will be going twice a week .I’m so relieved that I found her, especially after wasting precious time with other DPTs and since I have my son’s wedding is in TN in two months

My experience with rocky mtn spine &sport is currently still ongoing and absolutely the most professional knowledgable, qualified, gentle, therapists and desk staff I have ever encountered and I have had a fair amount of physical therapy in my lifetime so far. The therapists by name are : Mr, Tim Bernacki whom helped massaged and guided me for one session so far for a right rotator cuff injury and also Olivia in partnership with Mr, Vint Schoenfeldt provided me with overall top notch care, and instructions, to most expediently obtain more painless overall movement, for a right knee injury and a quite painful limited range of motion torn right rotator cuff injury I explained to Mr, Shoenfeldt that after only 3 sessions so far I am able to accomplish tasks at home with far more ease and comfort I look very much forward to continuing my therapy with these fabulous highly qualified pleasurable professionals sincerely Tim Miller

Solid Physical Therapy practice. I've had a lot of surgery and subsequently PT over the years. Have to say that this last round has been by far the best! Highly skilled PT/DPTs. Highly recommend!

I needed help with strength and balance two years post knee replacement surgery. I learned several exercises to help with flexibility, strength, and balance tailored to my specific conditions. Tim was my physical Therapist and he was awesome in building out a routine and guiding me through the exercises and setting expectations. I wouldn’t hesitate a bit to use Rocky Mountain Spine & Sport. I’m very satisfied.

Sydney has given me the very best care post Rt total knee replacement. It's been a long hard journey, but Sydney has kept me going through post surgery complications! She's professional, yet, kind and caring! Thank you so much! ❤️

I went to Rocky Mountain Spine & Sport for help recovering from a back injury. They were easy to get established with and everyone was friendly. I worked with Sydney who was very knowledgeable and great to work with. She adjusted her program around my limitations and as I progressed, we worked together to adjust my exercises to strengthen my core and regain flexibility. Highly Recommended.

Update: Aug 2024 - They claim in a response below that someone reached out. That never happened. I have no VM or email from these people. They threatened to send me to collections so I had no choice but to pay the bill even though I am not confident it's what we truly owe. They sent an updated version seemingly showing a lump sum payment in March split out into like 12 different line items at various amounts totaling the lump sum. Insanity. Beware as all locations listed under the BBB have F ratings because of billing and treatment practices. I also informed the Colorado State Attorney General's office so they are on their watch list as well. Original Post: If I could give them zero stars I would due to shady billing practices. My daughter received services from Aug 2023 - March 2024. We got a bill from January 2024 before ever seeing any bills for any of 2023. I split bills with their dad and each time what they sent seemed to change, yet they never showed on their bill what was paid online or by phone, only the amount paid in office per visit. I have asked multiple multiple times for them to add all payments to my bill so I am able to reconcile what exactly was paid over time and they are completely ignoring my requests. It made it even more complicated by the fact that they didn't bill any of 2023 until they billed some of 2024 so the records are not clear. It is a simple request that they refuse to provide. I have called, I've emailed, I've left messages, I've submitted requests through their website, and most recently filed a complaint with the BBB, which also went unanswered by Rocky Mountain Spine & Sport. They have a low BBB rating for similar complaints so beware. My next steps are to contact the Colorado State Attorney General and the Department of Consumer Protection. Because no doubt this company will try to send me to collections but I have extensive records on my request. The money is not the problem, the ethics of this company are the problem and I am not just blindly paying a bill when they can't provide me with clear information. My ask is VERY simple. Provide me with the FULL history of billing, both charges and ALL payments. This isn't hard but when you smoke and mirrors people by charging recent dates before past dates and don't provide all the information, it is just flat out shady.

By far, this is the best PT provider I have ever been to (or taken my kids to), and I have been to quite a few over the years! Every provider is very professional, knows their stuff, and is friendly and kind. I like the science behind measurements taken, and strength/mobility checks to track progress from beginning to end. Even the front desk/scheduling is a breeze! In a short six weeks I have progressed so much with my recovery and healing that I can hardly tell I was ever hurt. I would recommend Rocky Mountain Spine and Sport Castle Rock to anyone looking for the real deal!!
