You don't WANT to have to go here, but if you do need ortho treatment, this is a great place to get it. Staff is friendly & helpful. Not a long wait for appointments. Dr West gave me information on my options so that I could make the best decision for me.

The office never gets back to me. My doctor is very intrust worthy. I have 2 orthopedics there but one will just not give me any information or literature of procedures that he schedules for my spine so I don't know what I'm getting stuck in me. I gave up on calling the office for info on the painful procedure to my spine and got it done anyways. ZERO RELIEF! Another procedure was scheduled but I don't know what it's called and I CANT get information about it sent to me or explained when ive called the office.multiple times! Ive called multiple time the office.to find.me.a.new.doctor.or referral to another spine doctor in town because I dont trust my current one. I have explained this to 3 ppl.in the office that he will not let me ask questions and tell him of my concerns, he just walks away every time and during my questions. He also shames me for not being thin. Last 2 months, I've called about getting new doctor and 3 ppl that asked why, listened, told me sorry and will get back to me but NOT ONE ever did called back. So I had to cancel my procedure to my spine. How can.I have a procedure done if I dont k ow what it does, what its called or what are the risks!?! My god, what the heck is wrong with these people working in this place!?! Last procedure, the med assistant of simons, had me fill out a pain level form and send it back and then will get back to me to schedule a follow in about 2 weeks...NEVER HAPPENED. I scheduled the follow up and the doctor never even questioned the form of the results. I had to ask about it which were vague answers. The doctor doesn't let me ever ask legitimate questions and just interrupts me and walks away before Im finished asking or explain my concerns I don't have any confidence or trust in him to give me information to understand procedures and or side effects or the assurance that he doing his best and there to help me.

My 1 year old was in quite the emergent situation! We tried Delta Health ER, didn’t get the care that we needed and decided to just drive to Grand Junction (we are from Crawford CO). These people heard the issue, kept a team consisting of Dr. Deering, Julie and Derek. They treated my son like a human being, spoke to him kindly, didn’t do anything he didn’t want to do and was able to diagnose a fracture in his elbow. They casted his arm which gave him IMMEDIATE relief. Thank you so much for going above and beyond for my child. Anything bones, you guys have my business for life.

Dr. Githens and the entire staff are top notch. From my surgery to follow up care they really take care of you. Also, they answer messages in a timely manner.

Waste of an appointment. Thought I was seeing a Joint Surgeon. But just another appointment on that my Knee was worn out. Justin McCoy visit in March told me I need a Knee replacement. Now I have an appointment to see Jordan McCoy.

They have an ortho surgeon for everything! Dr. Luker and his assistant , Dr. Hahn, are very thorough, and communicative. I will be back to GJ when there is an available time for my surgery.

I had an injury recently and went to the ER, I was asked to continue healing with Rocky Mountain Orthopedic if I needed further treatment. Just got off the phone with BEVERLY, a five hundred gold stars employee. She was kinda courteous, and quick to fully understand the reason for my call. It was resolved in an efficient manner, where I never felt rushed or hurried. She was wonderful! I look forward to meeting Dr. Treadwell after that experience regardless of the reason why we will be meeting. Thank you intermountain health for having great employees who truly care about their patients.

From my very first phone call to the last visit with my surgeon, and through all the testing at St Mary's Pavillion: I have never had such a wonderful and life changing medical experience. These people are the best!
