Was needing paperwork from there to allow my grandmother to be placed in a care facility. Was needed by 11 am for her being able to be admitted. While spending 2 1/2 hrs trying to reach them by phone, we got no where. Luckily the facility was able to do the paperwork and she got in, 4 1/2 hrs later(with. They are impossible to get hold of. All documentation going and coming has to go through Alamosa, and the treatment received by the Dr was not satisfactory, and the inability to reach the Dr or ANYONE for that matter is inexcusable. I do not recommend anyone to trust their health, or the health of their loved ones to this place. But the lack of other Primary Care Providers in the area allows them to do as they please. Research other PCPs before settling with this place.

They say they are taking new patients, but NO they are NOT! You ask for the front desk supervisor and "Well they are in La Junta and I can't transfer you to them". The front desk "lady" is very dismissive and...frankly a B. The old bitty is seriously just a C-word and probably going to cause the practice to die

Absolutely horrible saw darryl for years, had constant throat problems that were never fixed, got told scabies were 'dermatitis', and always waited half an hour for him to spend 3 minutes in the room with me. Waste of time, find a better place.

no idea why other person felt need to review 1 star because they had to wait on the phone. I've never had to wait on the phone more than a couple minutes. The place is nice and the people are caring.

Getting a in person appt is nearly impossible...finally get an in person appt and then waited an hour and half and the front desk lady never even checked me in...i told her and she asked do you want to reschedule??? Will not go there again...what a nightmare

I'm now having to spend money on expensive dental work to fix what was done here. A year of dental pain because of this place. While the staff care they just do not have the proper staff to accommodate the ammount of patients they do have. The work was subpar and starting breaking Less than a year after having it done. It is not worth it to go here!

Love the people, the doctor's. The pac's. The place is clean. There is not a long wait. Here, you are a person.

They aren't quite as organized as one would like but there is always room for improvement.
