This clinic is loaded with top talent. Every one of the therapists is outstanding in general as well as in their area of expertise. They know what to do to help you overcome whatever is your challenge. Whether recovering from surgery or nursing a cranky knee, they’ll put you through a regimen that will bring healing to the forefront. They are also caring in their approach. . I give them 11 stars out of 10 possible! They're the BEST! Big shout out to Cathy. She is outstanding!

Jaime and Dave at Rock Valley PT have brought me to a place of healing that is amazing. I was concerned after my knee replacement that I would not be able to improve my range of motion, nor regain my strength in that leg as I had hit a platform with my previous PT’s at another company. They not only helped me gain both flexibility and strength in my surgical leg, but also gave me a sense of hope that I would be able to make a full recovery! These people really know what they are doing and CARE about their patients!

The staff at Stadia were very friendly and knowledgeable. They explained clearly why they were treating my wife’s shoulder pain condition with their specific PT approach. We are seeing measurable improvement in her pain level and increased arm strength as we are reaching the end of her treatment.

They partially charged me for the last session even though the therapist and I agreed not to do the last session. Very cheesy.

**Update** I did receive a call from someone from Rock Valley PT and they were genuine in their interest to resolve the issue. While my issue was very minor, they had already identified that the issue and had experimented with different solutions. it was apparent that they were actively looking for the best experience for their customers. The PT has always been top notch. I have been to several Rock Valley Physical locations and the Physical Therapy has always been good. The only problem I have, and this is a corporate issue, is not an issue at this location, it is appointments and billing. This is the only place where I schedule an appointment and a reminder is not texted or emailed the day before. My wife gets a text for her hair appointments. I get a text when it is time for an oil change. I get automated reminders all the time. It seems everywhere does it so I am not sure why they don’t. When you are scheduled for a series of 12 appointments having a reminder seems necessary for a patient and honestly eliminates some waste for the clinic. Second, billing is super screwy. I have multiple kids that have had physical therapy and my wife and I both have as well. We get no billing and then all the sudden we get a bill for 6 months worth of visits. Sometimes it seems as though the first bill we get is actually a collection notice and it will reference a visit from years ago which is crazy when we make payments all the time. Why when payments have been made for recent visits do we get collection letters for years old visits that we have no way of verifying or checking? Also, why apply payments to the most recent charges and not cover the oldest bills? There is no way to go in and check what you owe or pay for specific charges so if you missed a bill, then got a bill for a more recent service, and then paid that bill, you now still have an outstanding older bill that, from what I can tell, a follow up communication is not sent out until it is in collections. Anyway, my wife and I are pretty meticulous about paying bills and to have this be so difficult with Rocky Valley is perplexing. Medical bills in general for most places seems more challenging than it should be but we manage. Iowa Clinic does a super nice job and at any moment I can check my account, pay specific bills, etc. Anyway, the physical therapy and employees I have dealt with have always been great, the billing is a mess and why automated reminders for appointment is not in place seems strange.

Kara is a wonderful hand physical therapist. She educates you so you understand your injury and how all the parts work together. She’s funny and supportive, nonjudgmental. I had a very good experience here.

Rock valley is superb! From their accessibility, to the extensive expertise all of their therapists, the results from this groups is phenomenal. They care for our family from hips, shoulders, backs. knees to benign vertebral vertigo. Our family has been customers for several years. Love 'em!
