Rock Valley Physical Therapy - Washington

I'm getting post-knee replacement therapy with Amy at Rock Valley. She is professional, knowledgeable and considerate of the patient's pain. She pushes enough to make positive strides but doesn't encourage painful exercises in order to make progress. I like her approach, and it is working! I went to her for sciatica some time back; after repeat series of visits for the same issue, she said her goal was to keep me out of her office for sciatica. She gave me exercises to do; I do them faithfully. That was about four years ago, and I've never returned for that issue! I highly recommend Amy at Rock Valley in Washington, Illinois!

I'm currently in therapy with Amy and marking progress as I go. Amy is knowledgeable and goes at a pace that seems to benefit me. I find the staff very friendly and professional. The facility is clean and taking proper precautions regarding the virus. I recommend Rock Valley for your PT needs.

I was truly worried about the ability to heal as in a little older. I’m 5 sessions into therapy and that is no longer a fear. I’m back to planning all the fun stuff I’m going to do in a few more weeks.

Staff is knowledgeable and friendly. The place is clean and easily accessible. Would recommend to anyone needing physical therapy.
