I had great success at RVPT.! It was my first experience having therapy. Stacy at the front desk was always very nice and knowledgeable. I worked with Andrea who was an expert at diagnosing my shoulder issues and knowing how to resolve them. It is so nice to be able to get back to my day to day life without pain.
Great staff. Receptionist friendly compassionate and very professional. The therapists listen well and their treatment is slowly but surely helping me to improve
Front office staff is very kind. Also Andrea Davis is excellent to work with. She's very knowledgeable about the human body and truly cares. She's a great listener and explains things in an easy way. She truly cares about her patients and getting them better!!
I have received physical therapy two separate times for two different things at rock valley in geneseo. Love this office such clean modern place. Great service big smiles and friendly face as soon as you walk in and Stacey is super helpful on booking your appointment and verifying your cost and insurance quote before you come. Michelle my therapist listens and is very friendly great therapy experience at this office.
Great place for OT. I had surgery after I broke my wrist a month ago and I am back to my normal self again. Very friendly atmosphere and staff. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
Michelle has been wonderful. She listens to where my pain is and provides gentle stretching techniques and massage to help. She provided the perfect exercises to help with my discomfort.
Mary is very pleasant!! She does great! I felt so good after Wednesdays session I almost didn’t need the shot on Thursday!
Great place for physical therapy! Although this is my first experience with PT, I cannot imagine better care anywhere. After a farm accident last summer, I did a few weeks of PT upon the advice of my Doctor. Matthew was incredible. On Jan 3rd I had my ACL Reconstruction, and went back for more PT. Kim has also been incredible! Very knowledgeable people here. Would not go anywhere else.
