Rock Valley Physical Therapy - Elkhorn

Ryan and all of the staff were WONDERFUL. They were patient and friendly with my 5 year old son Colton. Ryan listened and and answered any questions I had and made sure I was comfortable and equipped to do his stretches and exercises at home. We would recommend them to all of our friends and family!

I am working with two of the physical therapists at the Elkhorn location, and while I have complicated issues because of previous injuries to my back, we are making far better progress than I did at a different physical therapy provider. The therapists are highly qualified, listen well, and have developed a very customized plan to maximize my results. They explain why we are doing what we are doing, and advise me on things I can do at home, and in my everyday life, to continue to see improvement in my situation. I look forward to my sessions, and am truly feeling better with each visit.

I suffered a traumatic hip injury and dealt with it for three years on my own before I finally sought out physical therapy. Within five weeks this team of people had me walking without a cane and I couldn’t be more thankful. If I ever have to need physical therapy again I would definitely go back, and I will absolutely refer them to others.

My experience here has been as an observer. My wife is doing pt here after a complete knee replacement. Vicky has guided her through a program with excellent results. The exercise routine has been exactly what was needed. Challenging but appropriate. Progress documented and shared with feedback so my wife always knows how she is doing. My wife is now rehabbing knee replacement number two. They have added Brett Velasquez to the staff. He is a great addition to an already great staff.

My experience at Stodden Physical Therapy has been nothing but wonderful. My first visit I was very welcomed by the front office and my Physical Therapist, Vicki. She was very detailed in anything she was thinking/doing. When I left my first appointment I already had noticeable relief. Each visit brings me more mobility and less discomfort. I have been more than pleased with Stodden and my Physical Therapist, Vicki!

Stodden Physical Therapy is awesome. The office is very clean and everyone is so welcoming. I have been working with Rachel. She is very knowledgeable and professional and is using state of the art techniques. I have been suffering with shoulder pain for over a year and my pain has gone from constant pain to little and none. She has been using dry needling with me, which is stimulating the muscles and breaking down the knots. Rachel has been teaching and training me to do exercises that will keep my shoulders supported and keep the pain away. Thank you Rachel!!

Everyone is very friendly! Vicki is wonderful and has greatly improved my shoulder range of motion after only 3 sessions. They are prompt, efficient, and knowledgeable!
