Rock Valley Physical Therapy - Des Moines - Ingersoll

I cannot recommend Marty at Rock Valley Physical Therapy enough. He had helped my father, mother, and wife all with varying physical ailments! My dad couldn't walk because of a herniated disc, Marty had him walking out of the office out of his visit. My wife had back surgery, removing bars from her spine, and we were extremely discouraged as she was still in immense pain. Marty found out it was atrophy in her back muscles and helped us figure out exercises she could do with her spinal fusion to strengthen her back. He's not just an expert at his craft, he takes the time to get to know you and your specific situation. The staff was all extremely kind and accommodating. If you need physical therapy and are anywhere near Des Moines definitely come visit Marty!

I'm very happy with my experience at Rock Valley so far. Coming in with a very tough rotator cuff repair (I had some ancillary bits as well - the surgeon's description to me was "a bomb went off"), but we're making very comfortable and timely progress.

I worked with Stacy Koenigs on strengthening my pelvic floor. She is very knowledgeable and supportive. I enjoyed my sessions at Rock Valley PT. I would highly recommend them.

My experience at Rock Valley was utterly fantastic. They got to the root of the problem and systematically gave me the right series of home exercises to relieve and/or lessen my symptoms. Bobby was just great: professional but pushing me as far as I could go. The whole staff seemed equally professional. Overall a solid, healthy experience.

The actual physical therapy is great, and the therapists are amazing. They even cater to my annoying social anxiety by keeping me in a private room when needed. Nobody minds when I cry my way through the exercises. I'm getting stronger physically and emotionally (even if they are not that kind of therapist). The office has great communication and flexibility for various schedules. No judgement. No pushing to dangerous limits.

We love Rock Valley and the physical therapists there. Both my son and daughter have seen Bobby and he is very passionate about his work. He takes the extra time to explain the entire process and why he is having you do the exercises. He doesn’t just go through the motions, he actually enjoys his job. Marty is great there too, he cares about the patients and will help them in anyway he can. They build a relationship with you. I have made referrals over the years & everyone I send there loves It. I highly recommend this place!
