Amazing team! Business is run very well with kind and caring experts across the board, front office team, Danny in massage, team running decompression & laser and of course the Drs doing assessments, treatment plans, shockwave and adjustments. They were able to get rid of my neck pain and help with various injuries from current sports and those over the years. I am still hiking 14ers because of their work with decompression, adjustments and shock wave therapy.

After consistent hip/SI issues, I was changing Chiros to find one closer to my workplace. I came in for adjustments and was prescribed a plan consisting of adjustments and decompression. After months, it had come to my attention that the decomp was causing considerable (and evidently long-term) issues. My PT noted that I had developed an anterior pelvic tilt and a near-flat lumbar spine curvature. I have nothing to consider as the cause aside from the decomp machine (it seems to be designed to cause this movement…to the degree of an “issue” in my case…and in my opinion). After this discovery, I asked Dr. Austin that we skip the decomp and ultimately stopped treatment at Rock Creek due to my building frustration of the issue and the challenge in treating/correcting the issue outside of Rock Creek. I write this review as a precaution to all. I sent a very similar email to Dr. Groelz and team to allow him/his team to adjust how they prescribe treatments, as I wouldn’t want others to go through the same frustration as I have. After about 6 months, they have provided no response. To me, that’s a blatant bode of superiority, ignorance, and disrespect.

The Doctors and staff here are amazing. I saw huge improvements during my treatment and i felt like my issues were heard and dealt with. I've been to many chiropractors in my life and this is the best and most effective treatment I've ever gotten.

So far, I’ve been here 3 times. 2x for a chiro adjustment/x-Ray visit and once for a massage. I must start with their awesome new patient special which includes all 3 appointments in one at a really reasonable price! While ongoing treatment will be expensive, I’ve been in so much pain it’s worth it. The massage therapist I saw was amazing - super thorough and extremely skilled. I’m generally suspicious of chiropractors but, so far, the adjustments have helped the pain a bit and I will admit they’re very satisfying. The staff are all super lovely! Absolutely no complaints. And their PT area post-adjustment is a really nice touch.

Rock Creek Spine is the best chiropractor service I have had. Dr. Ryan Groelz and the entire team at Rock Creek are great, friendly people who clearly care about the patients. The team develops treatment plans that work to correct your neck/back problems. My neck pain, headaches, and middle back pain are all gone after a few months of treatment. I would highly recommend if you are thinking about seeking chiropractic care!

I had debilitating plantar fasciitis for over a year. I had tried insoles and laser therapy and was headed toward surgery. As a last ditch effort, I tried shockwave therapy here with the chiropractors at Rock Creek and it was a game changer for me. I am now on my way to a full recovery. I would recommend anyone with persistent pain give this place a chance. They will create a treatment plan that will work for you!

Dr. Groelz, Dr. Rick and Dr. Austin were all so helpful in treating my back pain and disc injury. It was incredible to go from feeling hopeless and like I would maybe eventually need surgery to being completely restored to my original pain-free state. Thank you so much for being here and for treating me and other patients so well! It was really nice to be able to see what the problem was and to have explanations on how this kind of thing can get resolved with treatment. Forever grateful to you guys.

This shop is decent. People are friendly for the most part. In my case of herniated discs in neck, I didn't see any improvement. There are usually two chiros working... and they do the basics. It's more of an assembly line cuz there are usually others waiting in the same room so they want to be done with you in say 10 minutes or less. The traction devices didn't seem to help me. The shop is good at collecting money, but not good at auditing how that compares to what your insurance has paid and what type of credit you may have on your account. At the end consult, there wasn't really anything more that the owner chiro suggested should or could be pursued to help my condition. They use all the insurance codes very creatively to get the most $ they can out of the system.
