ROC Physical Therapy

After my rotator cuff surgery, Ryan helped me get back to normal. He created a plan that was just right for me, and I could feel the improvement every week. Ryan is knowledgeable, supportive, and made my recovery a lot easier. I’m so grateful for his help and highly recommend him to anyone needing physical therapy. Bianca and Diego have been so helpful along the way as well! They have been very supportive with my workouts!

This ROC is location is very friendly and knowledgeable and everyone makes sure equipment is cleaned thoroughly. I’m working with Ryan and he’s really great at explaining what happening as we are working on things, he’s also extremely attentive to how I feel during treatment. Bianca assists in some of my treatment and she takes her time to explain how to do things properly. I appreciate the care I receive from ROC!

This was my first day at physical therapy for back issues and I was helped by Zach C. He was very knowledgeable and broke things down in a way I could understand. He was super kind through the whole process and made me feel comfortable. I would recommend him and this facility over and over again. Please hire him full time when he graduates he deserves it!!!

Ian Stover did the rehab last year after my Total knee replacement. This year its my shoulder. Ian knows his stuff! Brandon worked also on my shoulder he is excellent as well. All PT assistants in there are great and I am happy I will get the proper rehab I need!

Have been to ROC for physical therapy several times! When it came time for me to go to physical therapy again I chose ROC because of past positive experiences! Very professional and good results!

Roc is awesome! The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. Katie, Kylie, and Bianca are the triple threat. They work well together and with me. Making sure I am doing the exercises correctly and that they are helping not hurting. Definitely recommend ROC East Mesa to anyone who may need PT. Keep being awesome!! Thank you, Cathy

This is the best PT I’ve been to! Having recently had a total knee replacement, I’m getting back to my normally active lifestyle thanks to PT Ryan and assistance from Bianca, Diego and Heaven! Thank you for all you guys do to help your patience!

ROC is great I have gone to them for my neck and my shoulder. Ryan is my therapist and he is very knowledgeable when it comes to my problems. Him and Diego (his assistant) take care of me and don’t let me slide by. They make sure I do the work which will help me at the end. Thank you Ryan and Diego.
