ROC express is a real resource. You rarely schedule orthopedic events so when you need to see someone you never have an appointment. I walked into ROC. Got xrays in 15 minutes, saw the Doc in 15 mores, knew what was wrong and had all the followup set up. Great process that really serves your needs. I give them my highest recommendation.

I came to the ROC to get my knee examined and was greeted by a great receptionist who was very helpful and polite. I was taken to an exam room for a few minutes and then after a preliminary look , I was taken for X-Rays which was well done The PA David came into the room and went over the findings, he was through and very helpful, he even showed a great deal of concern for my issues. I will be going back for the follow up Thank you all

I went in with a smashed ring finger, & Danae was going to listen to what I wanted, "drain it" then she checked with her staff, & didn't drain it cause I could easily catch a infection & lose my finger. I very much appreciate her double check with staff, & making the best call for my best health in mind! I would recommend Roc to everybody. Plus very pleasant staff to inter act with.

We love this place. Quality care, timely service. This was our third visit and the care was top notch from the intake, through the diagnosis and the treatment. The PA treated my kids with respect as if they were an adult patient and they appreciated that. ROC express is our go to for ortho injuries.

This was my first visit and I will definitely go back to ROC. ROC provided better care than I was able to get locally. No long edit times and immediate action was taken. The only thing that doesn't suit me is the assumption that I'd be getting documentation online. But once I requested paper documentation, there was a small wait time, and all of my discharge papers were printed and given to me.

Oustanding service! I was a walk in because another provider wasted my time twice. Walked in, took about 5 mins to be checked in. Less than 10 minutes was getting xrays, and 10 more minutes reviewing the results. I have a shoulder injury, and they made my case a priority. Received a call from scheduling less than 45 minutes to schedule an MRI. My prior provider took 30 days! I'm extremely happy, and would recommend ROC to anyone. True professionals from entry to exit! Well done Greg

Having such a positive interaction a year prior for a dislocated shoulder, I stopped in again after "tweaking" my knee, that I injured over a decade ago. I arrived at the ROC walk-in Express and was rapidly "verified" in the ROC system, and only waited a short time before I was directed to a room. A short wait there, a quick review of the reason for my visit and I was "off to x-ray". After that, it was a short time (couple of minutes) and Ali arrived to discuss the x-rays and options. A brief exam of my knee didn't indicate anything of severity. Since there was no detectable issues I was given options: steroid injection, MRI, and/or "see how it goes" with RICE for about a week. If not pleased with the progress, I was invited back for the more "aggressive" option; steroid injection and MRI. I opted for the RICE option. I really like how quickly and thoroughly the process went. The staff were courteous and professional. Having "everything" at one site (X-ray equipment, etc.) allows for expeditious "processing" which is greatly appreciated. I have nothing but High Praise for ROC in Carson City. If the need arises in the future, ROC will be my go to place.

First time here in Carson City. Very short wait and best thing is folks there are for ortho reasons, not illnesses. While waiting you are not sitting amongst possibly contagious patients. Staff are friendly and providers are knowledgeable and also friendly. Highly recommend ROC.
