This was an awful experience. Where do I start. 1. I showed up for my first appointment, and by the time they took me it was nearly an hour late. This also resulted in the appointment being rushed. 2. The PT session itself was useless. I would have been better off just doing it on my own. I felt like I learned nothing there and the treatment was minimal effort from the staffs end. 3. After all of this, I was apparently scheduled for a second visit which I didn't confirm and was never reminded of. 4. A month later I receive a bill, separating "therapeutic exercise" and "PT evaluation" for that one awful, late, 45 minute visit. 5. The bill also contained a "covid surcharge" as well as a late cancellation for the visit scheduled in (3). Definitely not coming back. Very poor experience.

Great in every way! If you're an injured athlete it's the best place to go for PT in the LA Area. I should mention that if you're not an athlete you'll still find them wonderful and adept even at treating the most stubborn problems.

Shout Out to these guys for throwing an "after recovery party" for us Los Angeles Marathoners. I was staying up the street and passed by on my way back. Provided foam rollers, ice bath, massages and food for us runners. Thank you!

I had a Very bad experience here. They charged me so much more than what I was supposed to pay in first place and the customer service is terrible: I’ve been trying to reach the billing person to understand what’s it’s going on but took me months!
