Great experience. Dr Poczatek bad his staff were very friendly and professional. The doctor did a great job explaining the test procedure, what we were looking for and the results. Most appreciated his expertise. Would highly recommend him and his staff.

I really liked and enjoyed my visit with Dr. Poczatek. He was so kind and made me feel really comfortable. I really enjoyed conversing with him, just so delightful! Explained what he was doing and explained what my problem was in reference to the pain I am experiencing in my back in a way I could understand.

I went to Dr. P at St. Vincents Hospital Neurological Dept on today November 14,2024. I was having problems with my legs. Dr. P was so friendly and very professional today. He did the tests on both of my legs and in doing the test he assured me the pins and needles he would be using would not hurt. He talked to me the whole time I sat on the table. The procedure wasn't very long but pleasant. After he finished the test he told me the results and gave me advise such as maybe exercising the legs. I highly recommend Dr. P to anyone who needs to have this procedure done. He was a very kind man.Go see him you will not regret your visit.

My experience was really good. Dr. Poczatek was very personable, thorough and immediately apologize for his schedule causing a delay in the start of my test. We talked about a number of things. Dr. Poczatek was wonderful at his job. I went in fearing the needles for a nerve induction test. Forty fives went by so fast He kept me involved talking taking my mind off my pain. Not an easy job to do but he was top notch. I would highly recommend him.

I've never been to this practice before, and I was worried about the test. But Dr. P walked in, making me feel more comfortable. His bedside manners are top-notch. Throughout the whole exam, he kept talking with me, if I ever need to go back, I would definitely see him again. Thanks again, Dr. P.

We had a very good visit with the Doctor. He seemed very knowledgeable and made the visit comfortable in spite of the testing that had to be done. Truly made the visit interesting.

Updated on Wednesday September 25 Dr.P is very friendly and amazing I highly recommend.. The only problem I have is when you have questions for the nurse it is very hard to get answers cause you cant get ahold of anyone... i called monday left messages and here it is Wednesday and nothing and the nurse is not there on Thursday but i called today asked to talk to someone about my referral and i left a message and within 30 minutes i get a call back i do believe there needs to be more help with returning calls back other than that staff is friendly and office is very clean even though I had to wait awhile but my overall experience both times was amazing dr. P listened to my concerns with my back and came up with a plan to help with my pain I highly recommend him to anyone
