Riviera Healthcare Center

I would like to specially thank all the staff from riviera Healthcare center. My mom was admitted after her back surgery and she was taken good care at this facility. I would like mention some if the name who really stands out ....Joslin (Cash manager)Marvin( physiotherapy),Stephanie (social worker) and all the other nurses and help....thanks

My mom stayed at this facility for a week recently. Rating is a 2.5. facility is very crowded facility. I give the staff a 3 with most staff caring but have to be prompted many times before she got what she requested. Was difficult to get a bed for her with hand rails when she first checked in. Not a quiet place to stay. Neighboring room had a person crying out frequently and loudly. Facility is dated and many of the furniture is old and broken. Facility rating 2. Don't recommend this place for a loved one. State has rated this place a 2 out of 5.

This facility it is not and will not ever be a safe place for your love one. The current administrator is only looking to increase the financial earning for the owner of this facility. The administrator, only admits patients that have Medicare and private Insurance and refuses everyone else. The negligence of the staff and the nurses has already killed one resident. This place is run by an administrator who is nothing but a scam artist, and a director of nurses that has no idea what she is doing. Please be aware of this place and keep your love one safe!

So far my aunt has been staying here for about a month after an accident which required physical and speech therapy. The social workers on site have been very helpful in working with my family and I for what's best for her. I have met a lot of staff that really care about their work. ❤️

I visited a relative at this facility. The place is absolutely insane! The director of nurses is a rude, nasty, disrespectful, obnoxious person. She was unable to answer basic questions I had regarding the care my love one was getting. Their caregivers are absolutely ignorant and do not care about the residents. The administrator is concern more about the money making business than how the patients get treated. I will absolutely NEVER recommend this place to anyone! They also had a death for negligence in their record! I can not understand why this place is open for business??

I'm very satisfied this place nurses and personnel has been taking care of my sister for about 4 years and after having bad experiences in all others places this the best

My friend who I had been taking care of after her stroke for about 8 months. During this time, I tried getting her into treatment centers for people with Aphasia, or loss of ability to speak. I was never successful. I also had my business suffering from time wasted getting nothing done. She had been put in the hospital, and after she was released, they found The Rivera Healthcare Center and sent her there. I was delighted when I went to see her. Everyone was friendly and helpful. Most important, she seems happy. They have started her on speach therapy and I am hoping to hear her yell at me once again. Thank you Ricvera, you guys are the best!

I stayed here after surgery for about 2 weeks it was ok but i think the nurses take so long to come to your room....but the nurses are good and the food was way better than all other hospitals so the only problem i had was getting a nurse to come see what i needed!
